Good food at a good price. Good place to watch sports also. Used to be at least... I stopped by to have a beer or 2 tonight, and a guy going through a divorce started talking to me and was swearing up a storm and kinda making a scene, and I basically got kicked out along with this guy because he was just venting all his woes onto me and the bartender/kid "manager" just closed us both out because he was talking to me although I was saying virtually nothing and was a sounding board for a depressed person who I had barely met... The divorcee guy apologized a few times to me for getting me basically kicked out after, and I was fine with that because I was literally just sitting and listening to the guy and thought it was all a misunderstanding at worst and he was probably drunk, and I tipped a couple dollars extra to try to make peace all around, which the bartender/kid "manager" had no problem with accepting at the time. I called to complain after being closed out prematurely about how I got lumped in to the other guys misbehavior and the unfairness of the situation, and the bartender/kid "manager" was who I was transferred to as the "manager" and tried to say "You knew what was up" and basically insinuated that I was part of the problem, and that somehow I had caused problems in the past there, which is completely false and totally unsubstantiated, and basically told me to never come back, and I responded by telling him how worthless and unhelpful he was at that point, on top of either being a liar or just simply mistaking me for someone else, both of which he was unwilling to acknowledge at that point. I've been going to the Garret Station for years and I'm just sad that one undersized and underequipped employee has that much control over stuff he obviously can't manage by himself in a functional manner. I guess you should just completely avoid strangers if you go here(or at least avoid the young kid with the glasses who somebody thinks should be allowed to manage a shift or 2 a week), because they might just get you kicked out for no reason whatsoever, even if you are merely listening to a stranger vent because they are in your vicinity and you can't do anything to stop them, and they have cameras everywhere to verify it all lmao... I dont feel like I want to go back at this point, they are nothing special and less quality than you would get a little way down the street, at a cheaper price and less weird and unwanted BS from dysfunctional and...
Read moreSo we ordered garlic fries, a pizza, a fish sandwhich, and some chilli. I really dont recommend the garlic fries honestly... Probably some of the worst fries I've had. They were very stale and also they were so overly greasy and just...wet, from the garlic paste that kind of looks like it was just lazely splatted in the middle. The garlic paste was way too strong, or like garlicky but not in a good way, tasted like minced garlic straight from the jar that you'd get at the grocery store or something, lol. The fish burger also was alright. It was a little bland and just didn't really have anything too special about it, but it was still good. The two things I think were really good though were the chili and especially the pizza. The chili wasnt too spicy or anything and i think had a really good savory meaty flavor and it was nice. The pizza was also super yummy, probably some of the best pizza Ive had actually, the crust was a little crispy yet still soft and moist in some places, and the cheese was really stretchy and melty! I feel there was a nice balance between the tomato sauce and the cheese, and it was just all around really good. This place can definitely get a little bit loud, it was kind of hard to hear what the people on the other side of our table were saying. They do have a fun little arcade area with claw machines and other stuff that could be fun for the kids. Food didn't take too long to come out either. So yah If you come here, they do have good pizza, but Id probably just STICK to...

From the moment you step in, the atmosphere makes you feel at ease—the vibe is warm, casual, and inviting, perfect for a meal with friends or a laid-back evening out. The staff is friendly and attentive without being overbearing, adding to the overall positive experience.
One of the highlights here is the freshness of the food. You can tell that each dish is prepared with care and quality ingredients, which makes a huge difference in both taste and presentation. During our visit, we ordered the chicken pizza and the fish burger, and both exceeded expectations. The chicken pizza was flavorful, perfectly baked with a crisp crust and generous toppings that blended beautifully. The fish burger, on the other hand, was light yet satisfying, with tender fish, fresh vegetables, and just the right balance of seasoning.
To pair with our meal, we ordered lager beers, which complemented the food wonderfully and elevated the overall dining experience. Everything felt thoughtfully crafted and served at the right pace—not rushed, but not slow either.
Overall, this is a place I would happily return to and recommend to others. Whether you’re craving a classic American dish or simply want a comfortable spot to enjoy good food and drinks, this restaurant delivers on all fronts. Great vibe, fresh preparation, and delicious flavors—definitely...
