tldr: Decent quality for the money. Just make sure you ask questions because once it gets delivered they want nothing to do with you.

Most wallbeds are ones that you buy one online and you have to put together. We will have parents staying in this bed and I want it to hold up and feel safe, so we went with Wallbeds n More. I enjoyed my purchase experience with Shelly and enjoyed seeing all of our options in the Campbell showroom. Shelly was incredibly helpful during the purchase process. We spent more money than we wanted to but felt like we were getting quality that made it worth it.

Flash forward 2 months when the wallbed gets delivered and assembled and then our great buying experience bubbled was popped. There are giant black screws that are on the side of it that look so unfinished and cheap. The actual part of the bed that the mattress sits on feels like cardboard. Our baseboards are too high so they had to shim the bed and it cannot sit flush on the wall. When I called concerned about this they told me that it's just how it comes from the manufacturer and there was nothing they could do about it. But these were definitely things they should have mentioned when we ordered the bed and selected our style. My husband was told on the phone that "we should have measured our baseboards before we ordered." Except baseboard heights were never mentioned in the purchase process or on the spec sheet we were given. I assumed that during our installation was custom and they would work with each bed and space individually.

During the purchasing process we were told that the bed would lift and lower easily because of the pistons (and it did so on the showroom floor). On the day of delivery we didn't have the delivery/assembly people put the mattress on because I just figured that was something my husband and I could do later. However after it opened and closed nothing like the floor model I called and was told that the delivery people can’t callibrate the pistons without the mattress on there. If anyone anywhere along the process had mentioned this we would have had them put the mattress on that day and had the bed working the way we were told it should.

After all of these concerns we have been met with no customer service except being transferred to someone who could tell us how to calibrate our own pistons.

In summary: it is a nice wallbed, but I do not think it’s a $3,200 wallbed. I honestly feel upsold and hurt. After a great purchase process, I felt abandoned after receiving my bed like Wallbeds n More had nothing to do with anything and it was all my fault. I may still recommend purchasing from them but I hope this review has give you some good questions to ask at...

I have been wanting to put a wallbed in my spare bedroom for over 7 years, yet could never quite find the right time, means, or product that felt right. I knew this was going to be a long-term investment in my property and I wanted to ensure the product I chose was right for my needs.

My contact with Daniela continued as I was invited to come to the showroom, look at the products (live), and also was able to try out the mattresses to ensure I was getting the products I would enjoy for many years to come.

I really appreciated Daniela's attention to detail, her ability to share her knowledge of your products, and to assist me in making a decision that worked for my needs, means, as well as a product I would LOVE!

I highly recommend Campbell Wallbeds ‘N’ More! My experience there was seamless. I did my research, and decided I wanted a high quality wood Murphy Bed that would last — Not an online particle board knock-off. The showroom was great with an amazing variety and selection of top quality solid wood beds, side storage pieces, and desks made with pride in craftsmanship. Daniela, the Sales Manager, is a pleasure to work with and she knows her product inside and out. She patiently answered all my questions, and asked the right questions of me.
