Big Deal Burger — Restaurant in Louisiana

This place is apparently a “concept” in the way that they sell certain items (burgers) through online delivery only, in addition to their main restaurant business, which is barbecue.

Based upon my last experience with Big Deal Burger, their “concept” has a LOT of room for improvement. After waiting over an hour for a very simple order, I receive word from my Dasher delivery driver that “The restaurant forgot to light the grill pit and that it would be ready in 10 minutes”. This place is horrible we order from them on 4/6 thru postmate and they got our order completely wrong. my co-worker order the impossible burger and i order a regular burger with cheese everything i ordered on my burger was on her and vise verse. i called the location and Alan the young man who answered the phone was very nice and try to solve the problem but when he called the GM Sherry and try to explain to her what happened all she told him was read the order back to her the both have bacon on the them. first of all that is not even the problem lady so he tried to explain again and she said well that's not our fault i need to call postmate well i didn't know that the delivery people are the ones who make the food that they are picking.
