I went to Lee Michael’s to upgrade my wedding set and Mr Ray Moss was not only helpful but he was also extremely honest with me about everything! I was undecided between 2 rings, 1 was a set emerald cut and the other was an inset emerald cut diamond that we found the perfect setting for placement! I had to have my ring sized down to a 4 and instead of selling me the already set ring that was more expensive he noticed that it may be better for me to purchase the unset diamond and have it set so that the sizing would not compromise the integrity of my ring! He excused himself and went speak with his jeweler and sure enough the jeweler advised the same! So instead of making more money off of me, they sold me the one that was unset so that I could enjoy my ring for the rest of my life and not have to worry about anything! I went there after almost spending in upwards of $20,000 on an emerald cut ring of much less clarity that an employee of another chain store was trying to sell me! Mr Ray made sure I got the best quality diamond in the perfect setting that I would love and wasn’t going to be like anyone else’s without trying to make more money on me! Another amazing thing is that the jeweler, Chip, is going to have it set, sized and ready for me by tomorrow night!! I will never go anywhere else for jewelry again! Lee Michael’s and the staff there have earned my business for life!! Very classy and really love what they do and will always be honest! World class service is the first thing that comes to my mind when I reflect on my experience at Lee Michaels.. I walked in uneducated and intimidated by the fine watch/jewelry business, but I left confident in my purchase. Linda Kelly was very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to do anything to help you understand the process and get you exactly what you desire. I couldn’t be more impressed with Linda Kelly. It’s rare to find someone as well informed as Linda, but even more rare to find a person that has the patience and ability to make you feel comfortable asking what are probably the most rudimentary questions ever asked in that boutique. I have already referred several friends and family members to this fine establishment. I am so impressed with the service that any future jewelry or gem purchases will be done exclusively through Lee Michaels. As for the product, I ended up purchasing a Rolex Watch/Ring and it is scintillating! I must reiterate that I think it is an anomaly how passionate Kelly and her team are, but not necessarily on the upsell. However, they are more focused on finding out what it is you like/are looking for and how best to maximize those goals in your budget— a true rarity! I truly had an exceptionally memorable experience at Lee Michaels!

I never leave reviews like this but it just doesn’t sit right with me that I have been to this location 8 times called 6 times from August 12 2024 all the way until today they cannot get me a Rolex. Everything is “ exhibition only “ yet the 8 times I’ve been there they would try to sell me jewelry ( so they can then consider to sell me a Rolex ) or they try to sell a used Rolex for over retail. I’ve covered the sales person name out , out of respect . At first I came there to purchase a Rolex before my birthday , then it passed ok fine . Then I told them I am Getting married I need the watch . Instead they asked if I needed jewelry for my wedding . Focus on getting me what I asked for not what you want to upsell . Two birthdays have passed and my wedding has passed, Yet whenever I check their reviews someone is praising a sales person for getting them a watch . I don’t get it . Can you not get the watch ? Do you not want to sell me a watch ? Or are you guys holding it for the gray market ? I’ve changed models 5 times just to try to get anything . I’m really disappointed with this jeweler.
