I've been to many Bud's Broiler locations over the years although many of the ones I used to visit no longer exist. Somehow this was my first visit to this one. This spot I have known about for a long time though as it did stay open late for many years but these days, like so many other spots, it no longer stays open late. You get your usual Bud's Broiler experience here with all the expected menu items. I did notice an item here that somehow, over all the years, I had never noticed before in the form of the Big Bud Burger. I was rather intrigued by this larger better sounding Big Bud Burger so of course I had to try it! After my experience with the Big Bud Burger I doubt I will ever get any of the other Bud's burgers again as the Big Bud was such a massive improvement over anything else I've ever had at Bud's Broiler. In fact I think I'm going to be a dedicated Big Bud Burger eater from this point forward!
Overall Bud's Broiler seems to have been declining over the years and recently the decline seems to have been getting faster and deeper but I was glad to find the Big Bud Burger which has made a stand against that decline effect with a very nice and large burger.

Read moreAmazing location one-off location. They have a great hickory sauce which oetmeates the air. The food look snagging and is cooked to order. I'm going for their fully fixed up burger with grilled onions, friends, onion rings and a coke all for $15. Which I though was amazing. Their prices are great and the service is contagious
To start I had the fries although a bit soft they were delicious adding the cheese and chili sets them off and they are great.
The onion rings are absolutely perfect. Crunch and soft!
Ranch dressing is great.. bought but tastes like home.
The burger. #6 plain or as it comes. Even though has Everton and it tastes fresh needs some kind of sauce.
Add the chili and again set it off.
Should have gotten the Hickory sauce which they seem to be famous for.
Any way you look at it. The burgers are fresh the staff is delightful and the over all...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I just left this establishment wanting to order food for my family after my husband recommended their food. I had my service dog with me and was stopped at the door asking for documentation to prove he's a service dog. My dog was completely in control, not making a sound, and in fact we were carrying him because he's a small medical alert dog. Even after pulling up the ADA regulations for what can and cannot be asked for in regards to a service animal, she still insisted I needed a registration card. I finally got fed up and told them I won't be spending my money there, and would let everyone know that Bud's Broiler on Jefferson Highway not only is ignorant of the ADA law, but refuses to educate themselves in favor of discriminating against disabled individuals. We will not be going back, or frequenting any Bud's Broiler. Don't go there if...
