Camelia City Deaux-Nuts — Restaurant in Louisiana

The donuts were okay, not the best donuts that i ever have. I came here around 7:10am and the girls behind the counter were nice to me. Good customer service here, but maybe i was a bit too late for "fresh donuts. I got all the donuts as you see in the picture, and some of the donuts i ate such as the Cereal Donut tasted "just pure sugar, wayy too sweet, felt old, and lack flavor, it does not taste like cereal."

The other donuts were good enough to give 3 stars. The Glaze donut, which tasted similar to Krispy Kreme and was still warm, defintely is the best donut in this establishment! Next time i do come here, i will only get Glaze Donut Holes as i heard other reviews talking about how delicious, fresh, and how i cant drive to New Orleans without it." I am certainly interested but out of my experience in both the restaurant and the donuts. I give

I dont ever recommend the cereal donut, unless the sweetness is nerf down a lot, but i like the concept and idea. I do recommend only buying Glaze Donuts here, as they are the best Glaze that i have tried in Slidell compare to Not Just Donuts and Georges Donut Shop.

My family & I are fairly new to the Slidell area, and before moving here, we lived in Galveston, Texas for just over a year. I guess you could say that donuts are a fairly big deal there! They've got dozens of bakeries that start popping up from about an hour outside of Galveston to every corner or shopping center on the island and dozens more on your way to and in the Houston area. And there wasn't a bakery we tried, that we didn't love!!! But even with all of the amazingly, delicious options we found in Texas, it didn't take long for Camellia City Deaux-Nuts to become our very favorite!!!!! They've got a huge selection, and their donuts are always so fresh and so damn tasty!!! They also have the sweetest and most friendly employees there to help you! So, if you're a donut fan and happen to be in the Slidell area, make a point to visit Camellia City...

We have come by several times for donuts and when my son found out they do donut hole cakes, he just had to have one for his birthday. When it came time to pick up the cake, I had several things come up one thing after another, making me over an hour late to pick it up. They were so understanding and waited up for me, even after the lights were off and I’m sure they were ready to go home!!
