This is usually my go to smoothie king but not today! My experience was horrible today. In the drive through I order 2 angel food slim 20oz (mainly because I have the rewards 2 for $8). After telling associate my order she did repeat MEDIUM and I politely said 20 ounces. I don’t know where the mix up was from 20 oz to medium but I pull up and she says $18 and scans so quickly I look at the receipt and see it’s for 2 32 ounce smoothies and it used one of my $2 rewards which made it $16. I was really upset when I asked her about it she never apologized instead she stated well I repeated it back you did and was WRONG I nicely said 20 ounces! So I at this point I want a refund because I went in kind of spending a little over $8 not $18. Well I can’t get a refund because I used my app and didn’t have my card with me there was no way to cancel the transaction at all so I was stuck with the 2 enormous smoothies that I didn’t ask for and still with no apology! I will NOT return EVER that was horrible and I am not one to even write a horrible review but this type of service was just rude! It would have been different If I know I would have mistakenly said medium but I didn’t and also had she apologized but she did not! It wasn’t my fault...
Read moreWent to get a smoothie, I am a first time customer, and I will not be back. We started by ordering a wellness smoothie and didn't realize it had caffeine in it and asked them to not make it. We then pulled back around to try again and we were being laughed at by multiple people on the microphone. These employees made your company lose 20 dollars in sales, and no telling how many other people left in the same manner. I've never had such a confusing time ordering something, as you cannot just order a smoothie without many questions you must answer as well, which they don't tell u it will cost more by saying yes to some of the questions. I will go to your other location and try again and tell them what happened as well. You NEVER laugh...

It was horrible when she tried to explain how bad it taste she was told well as a free drink that’s not how you handle something Horrible customer service she thought it was a fruit type of drink. It had dates in it and Dates and cinnamon do give off a unique taste that everybody cannot handle and she did not know it had dates and cinnamon in it they didn’t offer to remake it.
