HORRIBLE SERVICE. WORSE OWNERSHIP. LYING. Attempt to UP-CHARGE without asking to the tune of $10 on a $30 order, until I called it out and the "owner" quickly tried to cover it up treating me as if I was stupid...completely talking to me as if I should be grateful for this HORRIFIC service.

The WORST PART was them sending the wrong items and to top it all off the "owner" debated it instead of just replacing the $4.95 dish...just to be "right" when they were completely wrong.

Upon placing my order for delivery, the man on the phone who later when he wanted to debate for literally 5 minutes what Chow Mein is and telling me what he sent was it...even though if you do a simple search online for Chow Mein the 1000's of images reflect exactly what I asked for...which is NOT what they sent.

So I place the order from the online menu and when the total came up the math just did NOT add up...if this didn't happen today I would've completely forgot that this exact same type of THEFT by overcharging happened the very last time I ordered...

YOU'RE BETTER OFF NOT ORDERING FROM HERE, than to be treated and talked to anything less than a paying customer....in the past 6 months I've ordered from here 5 times and I've spent over $30 each order...not to mention my company orders from here at least 2-3 times a month...NEVER AGAIN!

Plus their food is at best a 2 out of 5 stars...they're just the ONLY delivery for chinese in the area...NO MORE DELIVERY.

OH AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF LOOK AT THE TWO IMAGES ATTACHED OF THE MESSAGES THE OWNER SENT ME....

The "Owner" then 10 minutes after this extremely RUDE and HORRIBLE debate, decided to send me the two images on my cell phone with UNSOLICITED text messaging...on top of the awful display of not caring at all about customers they broke the SMS laws violating TCPA and FTC regulations regarding text messaging people regarding business without first having WRITTEN explicit permission...ALL IN THE NAME OF PROVING ME...

Zero stars, this place is horrible always one problem after the next, extremely rude management. Called in and ordered food all lunch combos, the girl took my payment and when i asked her how much it was she said uh hold on a second. First off how did you run my card for an amount but couldn't tell me how much. How does that even make sense. She came back and asked if i was located in Mandeville, then proceeded to tell me that my order was $88 when i know it should have been no more than $60. I called back and spoke to someone again inquiring about the price and they proceeded to tell me that the girl put the order in as regular dinner combos and charged me that price. The manager then came to the phone and persistently kept saying they could remake the combos. I asked for a refund several times while being interrupted by him trying to say they would just remake the food. Mind you i was already charged the $88 so i was not about to be charged again. I asked for a refund so i could go somewhere else. the manager then hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when i called back several times. We order here a lot until now. We have always had issues with them finding the house which is crazy considering how much we order from them. Also they always put cc numbers in wrong and call back and say charge was denied. so we end up having to give them card numbers again. recently my daughter ordered food and there was a huge fly in it. So with that being said i give no stars and will NEVER EVER be ordering from this...

Normally, I NEVER give a bad review. Today is different. The delivery person called me because she couldn't find my apartment. Ok, no biggie. Walked her thru the easy process thinking ok, all good. Wrong. I call her 10 min later because she still had not made it to my door. She tells me she is on FOOT by the pool area. I live near the pool & can see it from my balcony. I'm trying to walk her thru this. Had to put on street clothes to go downstairs to try to find her. Turns out she wasn't even at My apartment complex! She's at the one down the street! Get my food, go upstairs, and now I'm really mad. My food that has lots of sauce, is placed in styrofoam containers NOT MEANT FOR LIQUIDS!!!! It is literally all over the bag, my egg rolls are soaked, and everything is saturated! I call to let them know and I get and I quote "oh, sorry". That's it. No let me replace this, let me discount you 10%. I tell them to come get it and refund my money. They call me back and offer to remake it and bring it out to me. No. The disdain the person had the 1st time I called about the issue is enough to turn me off. I've been a patron of theirs for years and always tip 30%. I tipped 10 % of the whole bill today because of having to physically leave my apartment, which is what I didn't want to do and why I ordered takeout in the 1st place. They lost me at this point. Such a shame because normally I love this place. The issue started in kitchen when they made a bad choice in not putting the food in...
