Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Louisiana

Ordered and paid online and was told to pick up at a certain time. Went through drive through and spoke with a lady to pick up order. No further discussion but when I gave up and drove to window a lady said the drive through was closed and we had to go in. Well since I was hurting badly I sent in my grandson. He was told that there was no spicy chicken, they proceeded to cook our order of jalapeño stuffers and fix order. I thought that the whole idea was to order online so that checkout would be faster. This churches advertise is drive-through, but the drive-through is always closed. It currently have orange cones in front of it so you can’t even drive through it. They are definitely false advertising and this happens all the time I believe currently their drive-through is permanently out of order so for families looking for something on the go while traveling this is not the place for you to stop are for others, for drive-through convenience This is not establishment, fast food restaurant that you want to stop at you’ll be wasting your time. This is how the manager is working... Her lashes are so long until she is making ppl order twice. She can barely see the menu. No one has a hairnet on. And if all you sell is chicken why are your basket of chicken empty. When you see that the basket is halfway empty then that means it's time to start dropping more chicken. I really don't understand these fast food places. And the girl at the register has expressed her lack of interest of being at work 10x's in the total of 15mins of waiting.
