Hi everyone sorry for the low star but I had a bad experience at this store this week on terry parkway we always ordering chicken from this store this time we order 10 piece regular .a 10 piece spicy and a 10 piece tenders when I went to the store to pick up my order their was 2 bags 1 had the (2) 10 pieces in it and the other bag has the tenders but when I grab it the bag light as hell so I decided to check it .I was sick sock when I saw something look like they cut the chicken into pieces into nuggets I went back into the store and ask the manger why this not strips they look like nuggets she say that how they come out the bag unprofessional to make it worst when I got home the spicy was missing 1 piece and my daughter notice the chicken nuggets wasn't all the way cook they had white gooey spots on them like they was stuck together and they pull them apart.so 1 star for food cause my nuggets that suppose to be tenders was under cook and wrong. Service (0) the manger didn't try to correct the problem and the atmosphere (0) I left out the store unsatisfied.the atmosphere is only good when the manger and employees know they did a good job they took care of the customer and served awesome food and pleasant altitude and that customer he or she will be back for future purchases to support their job and that business.we also contact headquarters no...
Read moreThere was a line in the drive-thur. It wasn't moving ,so I figured I should go in. There were only the cashier and two cooks . One customer had just gotten her order but it was incomplete because the cashier left something out. As I was approaching the counter the cashier was also taking the drive thur orders as well.She said ma'am it's going to be a wait because it was only she and the two cooks.I realized that she didn't know to much about the register because it took her minutes to punch in the orders. Long story short, don't open your place of business unless you have proper help with good customer skills. Read moreWe sat in drive thru for 8 mins before someone asked to take our order. After we gave our order and drove around to the window, we were told that there were no breast, and asked what other pieces we would take. I said a leg. The woman at the window then says to me, " We can't do another leg for you. We can't give 3 legs.' I asked why can't I get a leg in the place of the breast since that they did not have a breast that I ordered with 2 legs. Her response to me was that they could not do 3 legs. I then asked if there was none available. She said there were, but she could not give me a 3 leg on my order. At this time, I canceled my order and left.
So is there such a policy of Church's Chicken stating that a 3 piece order cannot contain 3 legs?...
