Had a really poor server! Micol she was friendly and greeted us initially and was a lil slow to get drink in Orders …we were there for 6:50 pm Saturday. It was three of us, my friend & grandson( teenager) we got our drinks I ordered a cocktail … then Micol Took our order starting with my friend first… My friend had questions about the duck… And the veal chop, Micol said that she wasn’t really a fan of duck and that it was kind of Ike… So my friend ordered the veal chop, then I gave my order and ordered a veal chop and told her medium, Then my girlfriend said oh you didn’t ask me how I wanted to cooked, I’d like it well done, then my grandson ordered the New York strip, medium rare… Long story short the order came out we really got any attention. No one ever revisited. My grandson did get refills on his lemonade from an assistant bus help but never saw Mccall again. then our food came out, and my girlfriend stated that she ordered the veal like my order and then they went to take my order when I said no this is my order and then they realize that she had the duck when she had asked for the view. They took it back, but by the time her view came out I was halfway finished eating. My grandson was almost finished eating… They never apologize. My girlfriend explained to I guess maybe a manager he never identified himself that… that she did ask about the duck, but decided on the veal and that the waitress never went over the orders again she took the order and never clarified or went over the order with us like most weight service. Does they never apologized… They never offer her a discount… They never offered her dessert… The restaurant was half empty… Seems to me that the veal should’ve came out a little bit sooner… Our waitress never came back. I had to wave her down to get another cocktail… The bus help did ask about Desserts and my grandson did order dessert. Worst service ever I’ve been there before and this is honestly the worst service ever this waitress blatantly ignored us went to other tables around us never checked on us never said anything to us never offered any more drinks never offered any Any more bread. and I understand, mistake, mistakes happen, communications get construed… But it was the way the waitress, and management handled. It was just very negative. It was almost like because our order was messed up that we were barred. All of them ignored us, except for the one best help, it was the bus help so I tipped him and left a zero tip for non-service poor service waitress…very horrible experience never ever! I now understand why on a Saturday night the restaurant was completely empty, except about four tables and only 2 peope at bar service. Even when I was leaving, my girlfriend and I were talking I was telling her that it was horrible service. No one apologize nothing they just ignored us. During dinner The two gentlemen in jackets, I’m assuming management, looked over at us and was communicating and chitchatting with our waitress while she was ignoring us. They were standing at the bar, all talking and ignoring our table. It was horrible. just unbelievable.! It’s a shame because the...

I had reservations today at 6pm 11/9/24. I arrived on time . My wife and I are from Georgia . We were seated in the back of the restaurant which I thought was strange. Then soon as we received our appetizer a bunch of high school had a party right next to our table. The restaurant knew there were coming and was advised by waitresses Charlise that was a good idea to seat anyone there. We asked to be moved and told management that we were very unhappy. We were told there were no other tables so we got our food to. We were severely inconvenienced tonight because of poor service. I would expect more from a white table restaurant. They had the nerves to ask if we wanted some dessert to go like we enjoyed our service . This was my worse restaurant experience ever at a restaurant of the caliber. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant o any of my retired or disabled veterans. Walking out seeing 10 or more empty tables didn’t help. It almost felt racist or like we didn’t matter to the manger. I wish I had her name but she worked to 11/09/2024 1800 when I was there. I really felt ripped off because I had no intention of microwaving my food. Way to go thanks. Don’t post some B.S excuse why this happen give your mangers better training so you won’t screw people out of a good time. I should of gotten out meal free with the service we received. Other customers even said how we were treated was wrong . The parents of the home coming party apologized but you he restaurant treat us like we had to use...

We're regulars to the St. Charles came to Metairie due to covid restrictions and parade traffic. Right away we noticed it wasn't the same fine dining experience by the lighting, way too bright for dinner time and the dress code which was fine because we came for the food lol. We ordered the bone in ribeye, creamed spinach, garlic mashed potatoes and debris mac and cheese. The creamed spinach was really good and definitely the star of the show which is very disappointing while your're ordering 3 sides and steaks. The mashed potatoes were so dry and bland that we both took a bite and packed the rest to go and gave them away when we got home. The Mac and cheese was requested to come without debris but came with it which we didn't send back because it was kind of busy and we didn't want to make anything harder on any of the staff. I personally didn't like it at all, I thought they were really salty and overall just not a good flavor which said a lot because the Mac and cheese from St Charles location is the best Mac and cheese I've ever had. The steak wasn't marbleized well at all and has absolutely nothing on the ones from St Charles, it's almost like two different restaurants. It came lacking flavor and was pretty tough. The service was okay, waiters nice and gave you space to think but knew the menu well and answered all questions asked but the table stayed dirty from the bread during the entire stay which I thought was odd because at the other one they use the crumb scrapper on...
