I recently placed an online order and when I got my food it was made wrong twice so I reached out to the manager Jessica who told me while on the phone that she wouldn’t remake my food or give me a refund because I just wanted something free when I had already paid for my food online with my debit card. I went to the store to try and get it remade where I was threatened with the cops because I wanted my food made correctly. The manager Jessica was very rude and very disrespectful towards me because she was firm on not giving me a refund which i didn’t want, I just wanted the good service and food that domino’s has to offer, I never been so humiliated in my life about something that I’ve spent my money on. I felt that I was racially profiled because I wanted my order made correctly and because I’m black she automatically assumed that I was trying to get something free which wasn’t the case. My food was $40 and I tipped the driver $10 why would I want anything free? Now I’m banned from dominos because the manager has a bad attitude and is very disrespectful. This is not the definition of good customer service. After this experience I don’t think I’d ever eat domino’s pizza again , this was the worse experience I’ve ever had at any place of business. I recommend that customers pay attention to the attitudes of people who are making their food , because ipur attitude and how you present yourself means everything. Also when you are arguing back and fourth with a customer and you are the manager what type of example are you setting for your workers ? Highly disappointed...
Read moreThis review is for the Highway 80 Dominoes at the intersection with CVS and McDs. The people are cordial and very nice, no problem there. My issue has to do with NOT getting what I paid for. "This time" I paid for extra sauce and I got NO sauce. How the heck do you make a standard pizza (in the states) and get NO sauce? The thing is, I PAID FOR EXTRA SAUCE! I'm not picky and I'm darn sure not looking for a free meal. One time it was five friggin' pineapple pieces when I paid for EXTRA PINEAPPLE. Another time it was the sauce (like today, again). There was another instance that I don't remember the details of. Of the four "FAILS!" on this store's part, I only brought the pizza back once. It's a friggin' inconvenience! I rarely buy pizza for myself, I'm usually buying it for my son and his friends. Today, my wife and son wanted pizza for dinner. They used to be devoted Dominoes patrons but my teenager son gave up on Dominoes about six months ago and my wife followed about a month later. They are now Johnny's converts. My last Dominoes pizza, before today's, was the time I brought it back. Today, like a friggin' idiot, I thought to myself "self, give them another chance" and I ordered myself a Dominoes, see the receipt. Also, see the pictures of the sauce-less pizza. Here forward, Dominoes can kiss my happy ass. Highway 80 Dominoes, you lost a...
Read moreThis review is for their branch in Hwy 80 Haughton, LA., from which I always order my pizzas.
I have always loved Domino's Pizza and have preferred it from the rest. The last time I ordered something was 05/03/24 and it may take time or maybe not at all, order from them anymore and it's been a year now since then.
I did an online, as I usually do and arrived to get what I ordered. They were joking to themselves, about 5-8 people, and I just stood in front of their POS machine waiting for someone to tend to me, but no. I waited probably 3-5 minutes before I said "hi or hello". Only then did someone actually tend to me. After that incident, I still remember that I still have a free pizza because of my accumulated points, but did not bother come back even for the free pizza.
When I place an online order, I don't order a lot. And I figured, if they don't want to make business with me, I can always go somewhere else. Which I did. I am ordering now from the other...
