I didn't really want to post a negative review as this location has been great in the past but since I've been trying to get a response for 5 days now on an issue I've decided to do so. On Saturday September 12th I placed an order online and checked on it periodically using the tracker tool provided on the website, and it being Saturday I wasn't expecting it to be quick but I could at least know when I should be prepared to answer the door. At approximately 8:30 PM the tracker showed the order as complete but no one had arrived. I waited about 5 minutes before deciding to call to see what was going on, which was spurred on by me receiving an email stating that delivery was not what we hoped it would be with a generic offer for my NEXT order so long as it was within 7 days. So I was left to assume my order was lost, delivered to the wrong address, etc, but the charge has already been taken for $30 so I really wanted an answer as to what was going on. So I call and I'm hold for 35 minutes with no initial answer, literally no one even answered the phone. My wife even called the Monroe store, who answered immediately and they could not get through either, and seem perplexed that no one would answer and that no one had reached out to us. Then at 40 minutes past the time the order showed complete the delivery arrived and the driver seemed to have no idea what was going on or why no one was answering the phone. The order was obviously cold at this point and no one would address the issue. If someone would have just called and said, look we're running behind, there's just 2 of us working, whatever the reason, if there had been any communication I would 100% fine. I seriously just wanted to be acknowledge one human to another to say hey, you paid for a service, it wasn't what you paid for, and we're sorry for that. But after calling, filing the complaint form online, filing out the survey, reaching out by email, no one will acknowledge me, and for that, for not even being treated like a person, I will not be a customer...
Read moreWow what a horrible experience. Line backed up to cypress st for 20 due to a car stuck in the window waiting on the car in front to move forward. I call in to attempt to explain that if the vehicle staying in the line waiting on their food would either park and utilize their advertised car service or just move up a foot to allow the car to exit all of us behind could move forward. This would allow the vehicles to get out of the main road. The manager ? Tamika quickly said they are waiting on their food too without even listening to what I was attempting to explain to her and hung up. When I approached the window I calmly tried to explain the reason for my call to tamika but she didn’t listen and said she had a screen full. Snappy and rude is something that even short staffed businesses should avoid. Upon asking for a manager she said she was the one refuses to listen or respond to anything else. Almost threw the food a receipt at me and stormed off. Wow just wow
Get it together dominoes and use some common sense. Food not ready pull forward or into a spot. No one manning the window that can see the pile up they are creating with incompetence. Listen to someone out there that can see and is trying to help. Staff a manager train them about customer service or at least to not act like that.

Read moreI haven't really eaten at Domino's since I worked there a few years back, but today I had a sudden craving for one of their pasta bowls. I'm writing this review because I noticed that the employees at this store seem a lot more pleasant than the employees I worked with years ago. I also really enjoyed the seating area they added to the front of the store - it really presents more of a welcoming atmosphere. Today I'm giving them a 4-star rating though because my order wasn't quite where I was hoping it would be. Everything tasted delicious (I ordered an Alfredo pasta tin with Beef, Pepperoni, and Jalapeños), but the quality of the food wasn't quite enough to make up for the quantity of the food. I suppose upper management probably told their store managers to keep an eye on rationing in an effort to better control costs, but there wasn't even an option to order 'Extra' Sauce - or extra Anything for that matter for my order (I ordered online). I understand needing to control costs, but I don't understand why there wasn't even an option for me to Pay extra for extra sauce and such. I would still recommend this store for any pizza need, but I do wish they would step up their pasta...
