Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

I really won’t be going back to this location. Today I ordered a pizza, and it was delivered cold. I called and spoke with a “manager” who said, “if anything it’s warm”. I didn’t pay to receive a cold or warm pizza. This isn’t my first or second time having a problem with this location.

This is an updated review! A whole entire year later! I order here because it’s convenient, but now I really won’t be going back. Between my husband and myself we order here because they deliver! I recently ordered a pizza close to closing time and realized there was hair on the pizza. I called nine times in total and was hung up on eight out of the nine! Nothing was resolved, they offered no solution! All I got was a pizza I had to throw in the trash! Now today, my husband ordered from this location. The pizza was delivered, but the delivery driver didn’t have any change. My husband reordered the same thing and they sent a cold pizza back, which must’ve been the first pizza! He went to the store and it was the same thing. NO SOLUTION! And we order from this location a lot! I rather drive to Papa Johns then keep having the same issues! Okay I stopped in order my pizza with extra cheese mushrooms and pepperoni and got my pizza no mushrooms I told the female I didn’t have mushrooms She said she didn’t charge me for mushrooms I didn’t understand She said she heard me when I said add mushrooms but she didn’t charge me for it I still didn’t understand why if I told you what I wanted on my pizza why mushrooms wasn’t on my pizza She had the nerve to have an attitude She said LIKE I SAID I CAN REMAKE YOUR PIZZA I’ll be late for work because I already waited If she didn’t have an attitude things would have been different I have ordered food and received wrong orders and I didn’t have an attitude because I didn’t receive any Also she admitted she heard me say mushrooms but didn’t let that in so the guys in the back can make the order If you can’t take orders properly why are you there? Salads!!!! Finally a pizza location with salads! Ordering online getting great deals and earning free pizza is so magnificent!! We love the barbeque sauce on pizzas with steak and chicken, all the pasta choices, cheese bread & garlic knots. We would super love individual and family sizes for the salads and pizza and pasta as well as adding an Antipasto salad with Italian dressing as that is the ultimate salad selection with pizza!! Optional slicing pizzas cut into long narrow strips with dips for functions and parties. The Alfredo sauce pizza could really be great but it really really needs more sauce or half the cheese 1st to prevent the sauce from seemingly disappearing. When made well with right amount of sauce the spinach and artichoke with onions pizza is amazing!! The gluten free pizza crust seriously needs updating and price lowering as gluten free products are much less expensive and there are a much more broad variety of options now than they used to be.
