Worst pizza store ever!!!! Have had MULTIPLE things go wrong with many orders and I've complained by calling the "manager" girl, I've complained on Dominos' facebook page, and they all tell me someone will call me to rectify the situation but no one has EVER called me after my multiple attempts to get my situations fixed. Anything from burnt cookie brownies (the young mgr girl sent me a burnt one to replace the burnt one!!), to missing toppings, to no toppings I ordered on 2 or more slices on the pizza. Oh yeah, the young mgr girl will make sure the payment is right, but the problems still exist & never get corrected. 2 thumbs down!!! Poorest customer service I've ever encountered for any business. Bar none. Even upper management is the worst! UPDATE: Notice it took the management team over a year to respond to my 1st review/complaint on here! That verifies and solidifies my complaints. It's 3 years later and they still are horrible. No thanks. You've lost a customer permanently. I'm not just saying that. I have yet to order another pizza or any of your food since the last time over 3 years ago, and don't plan on it in the future. There's way better pizza elsewhere on this planet, in my town, in my city, near my subdivision. Don't need your frustrations and bad food, and lack of care for the customer. Read moreI just ordered a delivery from your Baton Rouge location at 10595 Airline Hwy. I have never been so disrespected in my life. My delivery order was wrong and when I called back to let them know they offered me a credit. I didn’t want a credit on my account, I wanted the food that I paid for. The girl I spoke to mocked me like a 5 year old (as in made some childish “nah nah nah” noise) and hung up on me. I can’t make this stuff up!!! I tried to call the store back 5 times, each time getting hung up on without anyone even answering the phone. The last time I called and the “manager” finally answered and told me there was nothing she could do but refund my money. It’s incredible to me that there are so many people out there right now who need jobs and you people have employees treating your paying customers like that. If your employees are that unhappy with their job, they need to be fired or quit to make room for someone who needs the job. Someone who would appreciate the job and give the respect and customer service you would hope your customers are receiving!! This person who hung up on me does not seem mentally stable or mature enough to handle themselves in a difficult situation. I am absolutely appalled that I was treated like this after spending my money here and I’m sure this will fall on deaf ears. Unbelievable!

🔵Food:
I ordered one MeatZZa, one Wisconsin 6 Cheese, a Custom Pizza with Chicken, Pepperoni, Sausage, and Beef, and a Chicken Alfredo. I tried everything but the MeatZZa. Nothing stood out as great, just standard pizza I could get elsewhere. The Alfredo was adequately cooked with a bit of edge burn, but it was much better than I’ve seen from other orders. The Custom Pizza was good, and the meats were applied in solid quantities. It tasted similar to one I’ve had from Papa John’s; the crust was more flavorful though as I had a garlic crust. The Wisconsin 6 Cheese was unique in a good way. I enjoyed the diversity but would not pay the $20 to eat it at the standard price.
🔵Delivery:
The reason for my 1 star is the horrendous delivery time. It took 2 hours from the time the order was placed to the time the order arrived. This is unacceptable. I could’ve received three separate orders from any other pizza chain in the time they took for one. Thanks to the heating lamps, I presume, my food was somehow still moderately warm. I’m in no way faulting the drivers, they are just doing their job. However, the company that doesn’t want to hire an adequate number of drivers is who I’m mad at.
