I feel conflicted with this review.

Let me start with the service. It was pretty good. The man at the front counter was attentive and was helping me figure out what I wanted to eat. At the end, he came by to ask how the food was, which we will get to in a moment, but I like that he was still attentive even after taking the order. As I went to clear my table, he told me I could leave it there and he would get it for me.

The atmosphere was okay as far as aestheic (it's super casual). I was expecting the colors inside were going to be just as vibrant as they are on their online menu and branding, but that's not a real concern for a lot of people. What got me was the hostile undertones when some of the staff spoke to one another. You can tell that one person wasn't very fond of the other, or he was just easily agitated. 🤷 but it was a bit off-putting. Note: I had a modification to my order where I changed out the cheese for liquid cheese. The front counter guy told the kitchen guy several times in front of me, and he confirmed it was going to be liquid cheese. When I got my food, it was shredded cheese. When the front counter guy told the kitchen guy it needed to be corrected, the kitchen guy said something to the effect of "You didn't tell me that. I was trying to tell you something else." Idk. It was weird.

Lastly, the food. I got the Chipotle bacon ranch sandwich. No flavor. Period. Idk where they source their ingredients from, but even the bacon didn't have flavor. I legit got worried I had covid or something (but I could taste my coke and the kinda-not-so-great liquid cheese.) I'm sure this was a one-off flook or something judging by the other reviews on here. Nothing special but the main reason I’m giving it 2 star is I ordered a meal and cookie. The person taking my order didn’t let me know the paper she put the cookie in was open on 3 sides. I was thinking it’s a normal cookie bag where there is only 1 opening. Needless to say when I picked the “bag” up the cookie fell out on the countertop. I asked for another because I explained I had know idea what had been on the counter top and they should warn people about its not a bag. That is what it is…. This part is the 2 star reason: Then the cook asked the person what was wrong with the cookie she told him it dropped on the countertop and I didn’t want it because the reason I gave earlier. So the cook puts it back in the cookie case to sale later. I asked for a cup since I bought a meal. They gave me cup only to tell me after I fill it up that the drink didn’t come with the meal deal. I’m like really what meal deal doesn’t come with a drink. What gets me is my meal was done so I felt like he was waiting to see if I will pay for my drink before giving me my food. I literally paid $27.84 for a 7 piece wing meal, drink and cookie. I left a tip when I ordered but wouldn’t have after that ordeal and you charge me for drink but didn’t give me my ranch that comes with the meal. I won’t be back anytime...

I don't go out to eat often and I've had a lot of cheap burgers in the past. This was not that. I thought Five Guys was great, but this place is pretty darn good too. Pig, beef, and chicken all perfectly cooked and on the same sandwich. I was quite pleased by the flavor and quality. I would definitely go there again for a burger. I consider this place to be fairly affordable for the portion sizes. The garbage fries are a little high though, but that's just my opinion.

Update 2025: I'm still impressed. The chicken on the wrap was cooked to perfection and was absolutely tender. I usually will never order chicken because it's often kinda tough at other places but this restaurant cooks it so well. I went a few more times and I do have another update. When it comes to the chicken, they don't always season it or season it well, so you have to rely on the flavor from the spicy sauce, for example, which is disappointing because I got the chicken wrap and it was well seasoned but the next time and the time I got the spicy chicken sandwich, it was bland.
