If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered at 1:10pm. It said my food would be delivered between 40-50minutes. Totally fine, considering it’s still a lunch time on a Saturday. 1:42 pm I check the tracker, it said “Terrie is checking your order for perfection!” Great. Here comes 2:15pm and I’m thinking to myself, man it’s been 30 minutes since they checked it? It’ll be cold when it gets here. So I called and spoke to a man on the phone and he said they were short on drivers and that the driver was leaving RIGHT THEN to deliver. That’s understandable! At 2:28pm I get the text “Your delivery driver, Laura, is on the way!” That was 15 minutes after I called but you know what, I can understand they’re busy. At 2:48pm I called the restaurant again because from this location to my house is 6 minutes WITH TRAFFIC. I told the man I spoke with this time, Ryan, that at this point the food is going to be cold and I want to cancel the order. He was extremely rude on the phone and told me I should listen to the trackers because they’re always wrong. I get that, sometimes the technology lags. But for me to have ordered at 1:10 PM and almost 2 hours later I still haven’t even gotten the food is a little bit ridiculous to me. I told him I wanted to cancel the order and he told me “OK. It’s canceled. “I asked if I was going to be getting a refund since I didn’t get the pizza, and he says “yes, you will get your refund. Bye.” I’m so disgusted with the way this business is run. To make all of this even better, at 3pm, the driver LAURA shows up with the pizza with no clue that the order was canceled! What?!!!?? Dominos can keep their pizza and won’t be getting anymore...
Read moreI ordered 2 orders for carryout at 8:37 p.m. after the pizza tracker online showed that the orders had left the store for delivery, I called to inquire as to what the mixup was at 8:50. I was told that the orders did in fact not leave the store and that I could come get them now as they were ready. I left and arrived at dominos at about 9:00 After having to remind the woman at the window twice that I had two orders she then rudely questioned me as to why I made two orders and didnt put it all on the same order, after I paid and explained to her that it wouldn't accept both coupons on the website in a single order, she then asked me to drive around the building and pull back up to the window because my second order was not finished. (Even though the same employee had told me on the phone everything was ready and waiting and to come on at 8:55) Finally at 9:40 after waiting 40 minutes at the window I was given my food, and I asked if they had parmesan cheese to which the reply was "no, sorry." To top it all off I arrived home to discover the order was incorrectly prepared. I have been a big fan of Dominos for awhile but this experience there tonight was quite sour. Read moreOrdered a pizza at 3:45pm (not peak hours). The delivery driver left with my order, according to the tracker, at 4:15p. It's 3 miles from my house. At 4:40, the tracker changed, saying my order was delivered. It wasn't. At 4:50, I called in and asked about it. They said that the driver had gotten lost on the order prior to mine, so came back to the store to pick up a fresh pizza for me and was now on the way and would be there very soon. An hour later, at 5:50, I called, starving, and asked where the driver was. They told me that the driver didn't have his cell phone on him (huh???) and they were unable to get ahold of him. I said I was starving and wanted to cancel my order. They basically said "Okay cool, bye." No offer of any kind of compensation. I called back 10 mins later asking for a confirmation email for the cancelation, and was assured I'd receive one. I was also told by the manager that they'd comp my account $15 for next time.
