Smoothie King — Restaurant in Louisiana

1st off I don’t like that they make you pull up like the fast food restaurants do. Last week I ordered a PB swizzle bowl. I received the bowl Bananas, strawberries, and blueberries for all rotten. When I went back into the store to ask them to remake it, they tried to serve me the same spoiled fruit. I asked them did they have any fresh fruit and all three of the ladies behind the counter said no. So I asked for a refund. They immediately told me that they did not do refunds and that they can only remake the bowl. So I asked for a manager. They told me that they could not get in contact with their manager that they have been trying to get in contact with her all that day. I asked them why are they serving rotten fruit to people and they said that’s all that they had that they were trying to get in touch with their supervisor to get fresh fruit. Do not go to this location. This is the second time I have been there and something’s wrong with my smoothie. They also serve rotten fruit to people that is disgusting. This location needs to be shut down. I will be contacting the department of food, health and safety and...

The slowest drive thru line I've ever been thru in my entire life. Literally took me 40 min to get a smoothie at 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon. I will never ever come to this location again. It's not even busy, only 4-5 vehicles and every person looks incredibly frustrated. Customers are parking and going into the store and coming out with smoothies and my vehicle hasn't even moved an inch. I'm a business owner and it is taking everything in me to hold back from going into this store and asking what the hell could possibly be taking so unbelievably long...its ridiculous. What are they doing waiting for Eskimos to deliver the ice!?!? All I want is a freaking Vanilla Hulk!!!...
