Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Louisiana

If you want super slow service—and I mean slow—this is the spot for you. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru for breakfast. I got so frustrated, I went in for a refund, only to find two people working the whole restaurant. There was leaky water all over the floor in front of the counter area that traveled down the aisle in front of the drink machines and into the sitting area. The manager, Tasha, was so rude. She made me wait an additional twenty minutes to refund me because she had orders she was trying to fill. I'm sending an email to their corporate office as I type this, along with pictures of how grotesque it was in there. I should got a clue about their cleanliness and service when I drove up and saw the dirty windows. This location needs to be shut down. I'll NEVER return!!! UPDATE: The owner sends a response (see below) a few days later sending me to the Jack in the Box website to complete a survey, knowing that I had already did that before posting this google review. The biscuit was consistent with what you would expect. The exception was the hash brown was soaked in grease and cold... Of course the worker had his pants around his knees and I just love getting food from someone who doesn't have enough pride to pull up your pants. The drive thru lane was full of trash as usual... Lack of management is really sad. If just one person in management cared this could be a great location. I stop because there are limited options at 4:30am and I visit about once a week but this was my last stop. On a previous stop there was a lady working the drive thru and she was so nice and I thought things were turning around but I see that was just one person with pride and a great attitude... You should make her the manager and watch your store...

Their chicken salad and chicken pita menu items are never available at night. Please remove these items from the menu if you aren't going to offer them when you're open 24/7. I can't even count how many times I've gone and you've said sorry we don't have that. Just take it off the menu. I've also gone to this Jack in the box several times and they said they aren't serving anyone at the moment even though they are 24/7 restaurant (their excuse is always "shift change"). Why stay open if you won't serve any one? One time I went and they said they were serving burgers only,...
