I had a similar issue as the reviewer below me regarding a coupon. I got an email for a free order of cheese sticks with an online order. I tried several times to add this coupon to my online order but got an error message. The coupon was not expired so I figured it was a website glitch. Called the store to place my order with them instead, and asked if they would honor the coupon since the website wouldn't take the coupon. The employee said sure. I went to pick up our order and tried to explain the coupon issue and was told by the manager that I would have to use it next time. I explained that I was told on the phone that I could use it today and that the employee told me they would honor it. In the end, the coupon wasn't honored and everything we ordered was absolutely disgusting. I placed an order online at this location. It said it would be ready at 7:55. I get there at 7:58 and their doors are closed. I knocked at the window, the employees just stared at me. They closed at 8pm because of the recent city wide curfew. I called asking if my order was ready and I arrived minutes before closing so that I could pick up my online order. The employee was rude and insincere and repeated saying they were now closed and not accepting orders. I told her I had an order confirmation and that they supposedly had my order ready by 7:55pm, she said she doesn't have the order and that they're closed now.

I'm giving this place a 3 only because of the poor delivery service. I've ordered online a few times now and the ball has just been dropped. Today I patiently waited an hour and a half for my dinner and I live less than 2 miles away. ( yes I know I'm lazy) All in all the food is always good and fresh , is just suggest carry out.

Revised review. Moves to 1 star due to manager not following through on not charging me for my order also here is the rest of the story. I called this place as I left my house to go to the store to see what the problem was, my call wasn't answered due to high call volume.
