KFC — Restaurant in Louisiana

Should be a 0 rating. I placed order online. Scheduled order to be read 45 minutes after order was placed, for 10pm pick up. Online shows this store open until 1am on Saturdays. When I arrived five minutes before 10pm, doors were locked. I approached the drive thru window for pick up, and was told they did not receive my order. I politely gave my name and order number for the employee to research. I was informed that this order was just placed and the KFC side was closed. They informed me that they did not have any more dark meat. I explained that the order was placed 45 minutes prior. I futher informed her the online indicates, their store is open until 1am on Saturdays. Very rudely she said: "No, we close at ten. Taco Bell is open later, but we have already closed the KFC side." So I politely requested a refund. She said: " Oh no, we can't give any refunds. Refunds must be done online, because that money does not come to us. I asked, well how will they know I did not receive my order, and the young lady shrugged her shoulders. I ended up having to take what I could get for the money I had paid. I received a very hard chicken sandwich, a hard biscuit with a hard thigh, 3 beef burritos. The food and service were...

I didn't go in with very high expectations to begin with, after all I was just driving through a KFC/Taco Bell, but somehow they didn't even live up to that. I was one of 2 cars in the drive thru when I pulled up and placed my order. At the window, i paid my tab and was promptly asked to scout forward while my order was made, as they had done to the cart in front of me. Well apparently the cat in front of me was not far enough up for me to clear their window, so 2 separate employees learned it the window to ask me to get out of my car to ask the person in front of me to move up their vehicle. Nope... not gonna do it... not in today's world. Then, when the person asked if he recieved their food and left, I pulled up further to make room for the car behind me to follow suit. Then my food was brought out, in a plastic bag, not the box I had ordered. Additionally, the fries I ordered were upside down and dumped all over the bottom of the bag. When I got home, all of my food was cold, and, too top it off, welded to the wrappers, so every tortilla and taco shell tore wide open... and they didn't even ask me if I wanted any sauce... will not be...

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Went through the drive through and ordered KFC and the employee mentioned that KFC was closed. No problem I’ll order Taco Bell (also part of the same drive through) I’m thinking. Then the employee mentions “wait what’d you want again”. I repeated and was met with the response of “oh yea we can do that”. I pull up make my payment and after payment was asked to back behind the yellow barrier pole that protects the service window which would obscure my view of the inside. I obliged but pulled back up to see what they were doing. It was obvious that they did not want me to see what they were doing. I was handed my food and it was completely inedible. EVERYTHING was cold and seemed to have been out for quite some time because of how hard and dry the meat was. Biscuit was terribly hard and drinks had no ice....
