Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Louisiana

I travel all over the country and don't often review or rate any place, but this place just made the bottom of the heap. First it took forever to order my meal, then when it was delivered to the counter the girl threw it down and abruptly walked away ignoring me as I asked for sauce. Then another employee heard me and asked what I wanted now. When I told her some sauce she grabbed a handful and threw them at my bag. I shrugged that off and headed to my hotel only to get there and discover that my 2 steak challupa's were chicken. So back I went. When I walked in 2 of the employees said there's the chicken guy and hid behind the ovens. Then another employee came over and asked what I wanted. I told her the situation and she went to get the "manager" after I stood there for 10 minutes the counter girl yelled back to the "manager" and she finally looked around the corner and said "What?" to me. I told her the issue and she looked at me for a second and asked "well do you have the receipt?" When I said yes then she came out from behind the corner as she huffed and started rifling through the bag and pulled out just the challupas and walked off to the back. Then brought out 2 challupas not even asking about the other 3 tacos that #1 are now 30 minutes old #2 have been rifled through and opened up. She then looked at me and said "there" and turned and walked back to the back. I started to say something about the rest of my order and she turned and said "oh, sorry" and then walked off. At this point I knew anything I said would not resolve this situation so I went back to the hotel. I come through this area every 6 months and will never go back...

Total clown show....disgusting food....poor customer service.

SERVICE: I sat in the drive thru for over ten minutes listening to the guy in drive thru say and say over and over and over again, "I'm John Gotti" and "I have anxiety" and "turn the music up".

ATMOSPHERE: I decided ordering thru the drive thru wasn't going to happen, I went inside, where I ordered. The music was so loud in the store I had to lean in close to hear the manager taking my order and damn near yell it.

FOOD: The mashed potatoes were GRAY! The large Mac And Cheese was in 3 single cups. The quesadilla....beans looked a weak old, they could have been small rocks. The biscuit were akin to hockey pucks. The chicken was the only thing that passed as edible...but

Apparently, it was a manager that took my order, prepared it, and handed it to me.

I'm VERY careful on how I speak to people or interact with people that prepare my food,....the food looked inedible.....so we just tossed it out.

Contacting the general manager tomorrow, I doubt it'll do anything.....as management seems to be the problem, incompetence doesn't begin to describe this location. I may never go to any KFC or Taco Bell again.....the appearance of the food was...

They are very, very slow...expect to wait in line for 30min at the drive thru, they don't thank you for choosing taco bell,and don't say thank you after you have spend your money... they refused to work with gloves on.... I have set and actually observed the staff when they have an employee to go on break, when they are due back they, Do not wash their hands after coming back in from the outside.... there are several locations i have set back and observed... they are very loud, and use profanity like it's going out of style.... just so unprofessional😉 Please? get with your manager's at all locations, and call a meeting to correct those area's that are not pleasing to the customers... because, if i set back and observed the staff the way i did the labor board can send someone in to do the same thing and shut your store's down. So,i truly thank you, for allowing me this opportunity to voice my thoughts about your taco bell... The food is great when it's served hot and fresh and not serve to you cold.... I have gone home several times upset because of my food not being fixed properly and no-one comes out to apologize and say I'm sorry........
