McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisiana

McDonald's throughout the greater baton rouge area couldn't possibly get enough stars when you compare them to their competition in the fast food market other than raising Cane's. Take my advice if you're traveling through the baton rouge area do not go to Burger King unless you would like to witness a national chain of fast-food restaurants not have the ability to fulfill a single order. My experience with Burger King would be along the lines of if there were 38 orders placed 37 would be incorrect it's just the experience that you will have of this national restaurant chain in this particular area. I actually do not believe they could even get the one correct but I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt that there is one order that could be filled correctly? So I wouldn't give McDonald's 5 stars out of 5 Stars every damn time but then that would not be fair to McDonalds because they surely would want to be better than their competitors standards? Now keep in mind when you do go to any of the Burger Kings in the greater baton rouge the floors in the lobby or whatever you want to call it are perfect for this white boy here to do the moonwalk because it's so slippery I'm not real sure what they used to clean but this has got to be done on purpose because this white boy here can make an order... get my order... that's never right .. and I can MOONWALK out the door with my...

Do you love cold food? Do you like under cooked chicken? Do you like large amounts of mayo on your food? Well this is the place for you. This place has gone down hill. The first time I went there were nothing but teenagers playing behind the counter. French fries on the floor and the 1 adult in the place was playing a long too. He looked up kept to say he was a manger. Just looked like he got out a bed and put on the same dirty uniform he had on the day before. I should have turned around then. My food was cold. The the crispy chicken sandwich wasn't crispy because it was under cooked. My french fries were over cooked. They sandwich it self had TOO MUCH MAYO. So much mayo that it came falling out the back of the sandwich. I called and spoke to a manger about this issue, she said I could come back and get my meal replaced. Lord I wish I would have left it a lone. Going back to get my meal replace, the food wasn't any better. French fries were still over cooked and too much mayo on the sandwich. They need to get this place together and stop hiring any teenager to come work there. Half of them looked too high to even know how to work a fryer. Mean while the females that work there have LONG wave in and no hair nets at all. As a person that has went to culinary school, this place is unacceptable. Just put the whole store in the trash...

Went to get breakfast at drive thru. Total showed and female said $4.94. Got to window submitted $10 bill as payment and she said my change was $4.84. I told her that was incorrect and it should be $5.06. She told me the $4.94 was before tax and I told her tax was shown on screen and included in the $4.94. Then she told me the price has went up after I left speaker and got to window! I heard someone in the back telling her the line was backing up and that I needed to move on. I continued to dispute and she refused to call the manager, did not give me a receipt, closed the window and walked off! Her rudeness and attitude were completely unprofessional! The owner of this establishment needs to address this matter. Why was she scamming me? Was she trying to get some sort of tip off me? It was about 6:15 Friday morning and I had to get to an appointment out of town. I would avoid this McDonald’s...
