In less than 4 weeks, my usual breakfast has gone up over $4, mostly hash browns and anything with egg....regular McMuffin, egg cheese biscuit, sausage egg McMuffin....also french fries have almost doubled in 5 months....drinks have again gone up.. Cokes and tea which were only $1 last year have now doubled.... Even daily specials have gone down in value...save less on every one offered....McDonalds has turned into an expensive restaurant even with their poor service...I cannot eat much salt and even pickles...only one McDonalds in BTR will always make the food correctly and gets your orders always as you ordered...the one at Highland Rd. And Airline.
The worst one in Baton Rouge is at Jones Creek Rd....I cannot order anything that I can ask to have no salt...it seems they take old patties, not used and have been cooked a whole and slap them on not even warm buns.......they never have enough staff as their drive through takes at a minimum 10m per order to be take. And one last thing....never try to order tea after 6:00pm...they do not brew any more after 5:30pm in the evening...and do not ask about their ice cream machine...they must close it down at 7:30 to clean it every day...
McDonalds has a lot of work here in Baton Rouge....I am glad I got out of their stovk early last year....God help McD's...
Read moreIs it normal practice for the crew to turn off the outside lights it's 930. Pm. They act as if we are a burden. Fries soggy as if refried too many times too much salt. I asked for sweet tea instead of saying they out. I was served unsweetened. When someone orders and numbe 2 with cheese they still want the other Ingredients . It was dry . Plain and like rubber . Why isn't the grill operator wearing a headset to listen as well . Why was the drive through lady rude rolling her eyes while we unlocked our card slamming the window shut in disgust. The number 4 original chicken was so hard I could not bite into it and over run with pickles no mayo at all. N I asked for cheese got none . I don't know who the manager on duty was but they fir sure do not deserve the job . Since when can the drive through cashier wear nails . N rub her face/ nose like a 3 year old they touch my cup at the lid? Serve safe certification aren't a requirement anymore? If the crew had them they would know better . Needless to say my DOG enjoyed the meal. As for me and my fiance our Ramen noodles were fantastic. Dear general manager of this unit. Please feel free to email me a convenient time to come back in for a refund I would bring my receipt but i was given one this review was written as we drove...
Read moreMost of the time the person working the drive thru is so rude on the speaker that I just leave without making an order. This last time the person was great so I made my order and pulled around. When I finally got to the food window she tried to hand me two drinks. I told her it was one and she just handed me one. I asked her if it was diet like I ordered and she said sure. It was not marked on the top and I have to have diet, now I cant be sure. She then asked me to pull over to the spots to wait. Made me mad but ok, fine. I waited and watched. The next car pulled around, got their drinks, then were handed a bag of food. They picked through it, touching it all, then handed it back to the woman at the window. That woman then called over the first who was outside bringing food to someone else who then tried to bring it to me. I told her when she got close I didn't want food that someone else had been picking over and touching. I went inside for a refund. First the woman at drive thru lied to my face saying that wasn't my bag when I was watching it the entire time. Then the manager challenged why I wanted a refund, then took an long time to punch it in and process it. After me waiting in line just to get to her for my refund. Done with...
