Avoid this McDonald's at all cost! The cashiers are scam artists!! Went there today and after paying for my order, the cashier didn't give me my change and said "oh, I'll give you your 62 cents at the next register." Okay... Never heard that one before but I didnt think much of it. Went to the next register. After a ten minute wait, got my food, no change though... I told the girl there (different person from the last register) about the cashier at the last window and that she owned me 62 cents. She didn't seem to think much of that statement.. Just reacted like "oh, ok!" like it happened often and with that particular person. That was somewhat comforting to know she believed me and that I was going receive my change right away, right? NOPE. The two girls had a brief conversation in the restaurant. The 2nd cashier comes back. "Sorry about that. Can you pull up to the side and she'll come give you your change shortly?" Well, considering I've just spent over 20 minutes in the drivethru to order and then receive my food... I'm hoping to get my change soon. And it's not like I'm hard up for money or anything but regardless... just give me my freaking change already. Anyway, so I go and pull off to the side and another 10 minutes go by with not a cashier coming out in sight. I understand the drive-thru has been super busy this whole time but... Why couldn't this girl just give me my change at the 1st or 2nd register , when it was more convenient for her? So, by 30 minutes waiting there total and food starting to get cold (because I want to eat at the park not there) ... My sister, who was also in the car witnessing this whole debacle, decided to go inside the restaurant and personally ask for the change back. At this point, I'm just ready to leave because it's only 62 cents and I just want enjoy my food while it's still somewhat warm and I'm tired of waiting around at this McDonald's. My sister really wants me to get my change though because she doesn't want them to keep my money. I guess it was the principle of the matter on top of the fact we grew up poor... Money is very precious to us. So she goes in... And another ten minutes go by. She eventually comes back and tells me she had to wait at the register forever and when she told the cashier behind the counter that we had been waiting for our 62 cents in change this whole time , the cashier alludes that she can't give us our change right now and instead reaches into her pocket to give my sister 60 cents. So all that for 60 cents... And it all could have been avoided if the 1st cashier just would have done her job properly and given me my change at the 1st window!!! Anyway, avoid this McDonald's like the plague if you can. If you can't, well, don't let the cashier play the waiting game with your change. Demand it then and there. That way you don't waste your time and/or fall for their scam. My sister said when she went in there to ask for the change, the 2nd cashier was jingling with coins. Very suspicious for a person who can't give us my change from the register or even 2 more cents for...

I guess the later it is
you will not get any type of decent service at this restaurant's location.
I went in the drive thru with my wife last night if I can recall around 10 something last night
it took way over 20 minutes before we can reach the window to place an order . So we parked in the lot and went inside.
We thought and understood it may have been due to high volume customers due parade season
but noooo buddy this wasn't the case . I went by the counter to place my order and they weren't doing so good they having some sort of problem with translating orders from English to Spanish and seems a supervisor short Spanish woman was arguing already with Uber / door dash driver
and then so the same Spanish worker lady ( maybe in her twenties or forties) couldn't tell
Yeah after us 10 minutes of standing there trying to order she says "what do you want "in a snarky attitude
I went on and told her my order so she slams my wife and I cups down on the counter and said somethings in Spanish my wife said she said something about "gringo" and my wife said she said these "white people getting on my nerves"
I whispered to my wife
but how we are getting on her nerves if her job is to take everyone in lines order ?
" gringo" yeah I'm a big white country boy but I never would hurt a fly
I've also worked in fast food years and years ago in my teenage years and never treated people as such no matter their race .
We left with our order being cold and yuck
Awful experience indeed
But really really I advise no one to visit this location
The level of disrespect , unprofessionalism , and prejudice is...
Read moreI came in to the dining room at 900 AM on 7/23/2023. It was actually raining so it was very slow (there was only one other customer in the dining area).
I walked to the counter were a female employee was standing idle. I proceeded to place my order at which time the employee stopped me and asked “cash or card.”
I said card. I was informed that “if you’re paying by card you have to use the automated screens.” She then pointed to the giant tablets on the wall.
I said “oh, okay thanks…..” and just walked out.
I drove across the street to Wendy’s where their employee actually took my order in person.
What I fail to understand is, while I get giant tablets to automate orders (and use them often), does this mean I am now obliged to use them?
What if I walk up to an empty counter and would just like to say “a number 1 with a coffee please.”
Are your counter employees now there only to take cash orders and, if no cash orders are present, then stand there and watch paint dry when slow?
Lastly, I’ve ordered from this location before and this policy was never given before. Is this a new policy or employee apathy?
I’ll spend my money somewhere else thank you.
As an aside, I realize “the store” and its employees do not care about where I spend my money. Essentially, given the brand and location, people will always come and cash will flow...
