So i had gotten there at 6pm tonight and ordered for me and my family but the card machine on the koski wasnât working so we went to the counter it took 30 minutes and us almost yelling just to get there attention and then we literally had to go behind the table just to get our cups for our drinks there floor was sticky and smelt like mildew with was sickening especially for pregnant people and kids with how the flu and other viruses are already going around then 15 minutes in 30 cars through drive thru get there order and now there is 20 ppl waiting on doordash and there food and drive thru is still getting there order while everyone in the lobbyâs food that is ready is getting cold it as the front lady is walking around with no belt showing off everything in her trunk and doing nothing like she was on sum not even the manger cared about the people in the lobby it took a total of a hour before we got our frozen drink bc i caught a attitude with them and then we waited another 20 minutes just for me to have to raise my voice just to get my food like we got two kids that havnt been able to eat at all until now and they wanted mcdonaldâs so we had gotten it and having to wait almost a hour and 30 minutes just to get 4 hamburgers and some chicken nuggets is ridiculous they wasnât only slow but extremely rude like i was to the point to where i wanted a refund and just to give half our food back because i was not finna wait another hour just to actually add the rest of our food and actually get it right like i have so much hate and anger i donât even wanna eat this food anymore like if your workers canât do there job without talking 24/7 they donât...
   Read moreTerrible customer service. Ordered via the mobile app. When I drove up to the speaker, the only word spoken was âOrder.â I told them I had a mobile order code, gave them the code, to which I was given the command âpull up.â Quite rude, but no big deal.
Like normal, I pulled around to the first window. There was a young lady sitting in a chair, facing away from the window, on her phone. I sat there for about 1 minute, while she never even cared to acknowledge my presence. I noticed the window was slightly ajar, so I tried to get her attention and ask if I was supposed to pull up to the second window. Without getting out of her chair, she reached up, barely opened the window and shouted something, but I was unable to hear her. I said, âIâm sorry, Iâm having trouble hearing you.â She stood up, rolled her eyes, opened the window and said, âWe donât have receipts here!â Iâm not sure if I interrupted her break or what, but I reminded her that no one instructed me to do anything at the speaker, seeing as they only spoke literally 3 words. Nonetheless, she copped an even bigger attitude and proceeded to slam the window shut.
I was in complete disbelief that an employee in such a position could be so unnecessarily rude and still have a job. If you encounter this same employee, Iâm sorry. But hopefully sheâs not working there much longer.

New business practices, new operational processes, new maintenance routines, a new program for training that incorporates a continual improvement program, new standards and rules of behavior, GOOD leaders, (the John Maxwell kind of leaders), new performance guidelines, equitable disciplinary actions, transparency in the career progression process, a simple AND equitable compensation & rewards program. It's essential to address the personnel issues that are obvious to the attentive onlooker. An unwitting person who eats lunch in your dining room, shouldn't notice eleven troubling "people issues", (behavioral issues) while they try and eat some food. Food problems: YES Order problems: YES Service problems: YES Personnel issues: YES Maintenance issues: YES Cleanliness issues: YES Technical issues: NO Restroom issues: NO Foul odors: NO So back to the summation: "EVERYTHING SPEAKS" If you own, run, manage, supervise, or work somewhere you care about, or want to see succeed, never underestimate the power of getting the "ES" mindset, & then keeping it.
