McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisiana

So I typically avoid this McDonalds as the drive thru is super slow and usually gets orders wrong. I decided to go in to the lobby tonight. 5 kids (employees) were all standing around the counter on their phones chatting when I came in and scattered like roaches. The manager was yelling at people and literally stood 4 feet from me and yelled at one of the kids (employees) to shut up... super awkward... I always thought they were understaffed... but they have 5 people in the kitchen, 5 people taking orders... a person at the drive thru plus the manager... and I am the only one in the restaurant... and still the order takes forever... after waiting for 5 minutes I am informed they are “waiting on my chicken nuggets”... kitchen worker is overheard using profanity while handing a sandwich he made to a teller... I don’t know who owns this franchise but I can’t understand how you could have oversight this poor for a restaurant... I typically drive to Bayou Gauche an extra 10 minutes to avoid this store. Spoke with the owner and founded the franchise owner lives in Baton Rouge and only visits the store rarely for inspection. After waiting 15 minutes, got my food and went home. Order was wrong. No one came in to the store to order the entire time I was there. When I left there was no one in the drive thu, but FOUR cars in the overflow spots waiting...

I work at McDonald’s for almost a half a year and my experience there was terrible let’s speak on how they failed their health evaluation there and their store is not updated to the name of the new head manager board for health. TBH I was the only one washing dishes properly because they would just spray it off with water having left old food in the trays and put new food in dirty dishes. They have decomposing roaches behind equipment since they never pull the machine out after the pesticide man comes to spray. I once found mildew where the fries come out of because it’s not getting properly cleaned. The frappe that y’all love so much is coming out of a moldy plastic tub that hasn’t been cleaned in idk how long they never restocked on mops and had the same mops since I been there and recently they just got new brooms after just about all the straw came out of the other ones. Let’s not say they do minors and people who are still in school down bad having us come into work after we’re just getting out of school just to get off around 11 pm and I didn’t ’t get to go to sleep until 12 am then have to get up for school around 5:30 and slaving the next day until your day off can finally came so I could final get some proper sleep and they wonder why a person has an attitude and doesn’t want be there with some...

So, this is my second reveiw for this McDonalds location. They serve all day breakfast like most McDonalds and I ordered 2 sausage burritos and this time I asked for extra cheese to make sure it was made fresh. They told me I could not order that because the lady that rolled the burritos was gone for the day and they use reheated burritos all day. I told her well u can take it off my order because I want my food made to order. I told her the reheated burritos they are serving are nasty and cold in the middle. I was not rude about it, I told her as a customer, how would she like it? So she agreed to go and re roll 2 for me and put extra cheese because I "really wanted them". Well, I think if I'm spending my hard earned money on some reheated old food then I dont need to spend my money there, I'll take it somewhere they will give me fresh food. They need to get it together at this location. I'm sorry but it should not be an inconvenience for customers to get fresh, made to order food.

update: Came back to this location. All I wanted was an Iced Caramel Mocha and I got a warm iced watered down mocha. I am officially done with this location. Whoever owns this location can do better. Train your staff or don't offer things...
