Wow... ok. I don't expect a 5 star service at a McDonald's, I really don't. However, this was below bad service. We go by McDonalds for a quick order of a couple of burgers, nuggets, and fries. The kiosks were not working, so we had to wait at the register. While standing there, the employees are very leisurely walking around at a slow speed, not visibly working to any expedited pace. If they were working a bit faster, this experience would be way different as it would be understandable. We just kept getting eyes from the employees, almost as if they were aggravated we were even there, without saying anything along the lines of, "one moment," or "we will be right there," or anything. We almost felt as if they just wouldn't take our order. Then when it IS time to order, no "can I help you?" as it was instead just a blank stare at us to just start talking. But whatever, we placed our order, and we see it on the "pending" list. After only a minute, two tops, we see our order number was in the "ready for pickup" list. So naturally, we go up to collect our food to see that nothing is on the counter. We talk to multiple people who are standing there who are all also aggravated, saying their food has been shown as ready for 10 minutes, with 1 customer who is an employee at a competing fast food restaurant saying that this McDonald's is making their reports look fantastic with marking them as ready way early. When they would put an order on the counter, they would most of the time, not even announce the order number, so us customers were taking it amongst ourselves to announce numbers to other waiting customers. Well the time FINALLY came, our food is ready... I wish I could say what time we actually got our order, but we just walked out the door fast with our order. The fries were wilted, dry and warm, far from being fresh, hot and crispy as we would expect if they were as "busy" as they would seem to be by our delay of order. And, we found out just outside the parking lot, we were actually missing an order of fries! Thought about going back and calmly addressing the issue, but I did not want to wait 15 minutes just for an order of lukewarm fries. I am a very easygoing person, but my experience here was unacceptable, and I'm leaving a review so that others, and hopefully corporate, will know what is happening here and they will hopefully be trained to work as at least...
Read moreStaff was alright , my chicken sandwich didn't have what was supposed to be on it at first, plus the chicken patty that was used was dry, old looking, and cold, as if they held it longer than they were supposed to... I went bring my chicken sandwich back cus it wasn't dressed the way it was supposed to be and all the lady (manager) did was grab the box it was in , then GRABBED my sandwich to open it to see (WITHOUT GLOVES ON) then handed it to the boy that was making sandwiches and said "here put some cheese on this" so he grabbed it from her (WITHOUT GLOVES ON AS WELL) reached for the cheese (STILL WITHOUT GLOVES ON) and throws it on my sandwich... The whole time the manger watching him knowing he doesn't have GLOVES on as required and didn't tell him nothing!!!! So she grabbed my sandwich back from him without gloves and handed it back to me!!! I swear I could have went to a WAY BETTER place for a $10 sandwich(NO MEAL) and had it done correctly the 1st time and that was sanitary... Reason we went was bcus my daughters love the little kid game zone...
Read moreI never eat McDonald's, however I found myself in line ordering for someone else. No problems from the lady at the first window, she seemed nice but tired. 12 minutes after I ordered my food (4 cars in front of me) I parked went inside, to retrieve the food I ordered. The female that asked what I was waiting on (rudely), after being presented with my receipt shortly provided me the one double cheeseburger meal that was ordered. I asked politely to her "what took so long?". She responded "not my problem". I took about four or five steps and realized she was wearing a Manager's Uniform. So I turned around and asked her what her name was, she responded again "not my problem" and that she didn't have to provide that. She did make a point not to turn around.
