McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisiana

Smh...I go here twice a day and i always order 2 of the same 4 for 5 meal deals with mcdoubles no ketchup add mayo, ranch dipping sauce with sweet tea and 1 extra frie....I was second in line...the caahier looked at me with a very strange look...opened window and states the total of 11.71 my man ask to add 1 small fry at the window and our total changed to 13.85 now i asked if she made our food fresh as i aaked at the speaker in drive thru she replied yes with a nod once i areived at pick up window she was there and i asked if our food was fresh she nodded again yes...i arrived home 5 minutes away our food wasnt fresh ,meat was extra dry,burnt and salty, nuggets were recooked and dry...my stomach instantly start aching so i asked my man to take a bite and he confirmed it was salty.....we are loyal customers and we get lied to and food is nwver fresh on the 4pm - close...im very unsatisfied with my store....we live 20 min in traffic away from any other mcdonalds ...this location is convenient and closet to our home being my man works an hour and half away in which i had an argument because i didnt go further...i have photos to prove my claim...I want to know why our food is fresh anytime before 3pm at this store and fyi meat,nuggets,and fries all cook in 3 minutes the time was 45 minutes til close? only 2 cars to serve?? My man said the fries were fresh eat them baby i said no my stomach hurts....I bet she want her food hot n fresh .....in my time of working i always treat the customer to fresh hot food just the way i like it ... if they not gonna provide quality food from 5am to 12am then they need to adjust the closing time and then the sales will fall ....when will the frappe return? I'd love to know the reason why an employee chose to lie to my family recently for no apparent reason, because try as I might, I just can't wrap my head around this one. We order 2 value meals (one Big Mac, one 10pc nuggets) and a happy meal (4pc nuggets). Nothing crazy, no modifications, right? Should have been easy. We go forward to the drive-thru window to pay, which is where we meet a female employee who claims that nuggets are no longer offered as an option for happy meals, only burgers. Have you ever told a toddler that they will not be getting the happy meal they're so excited to get? My hypoglycemic 3yr old is just like every other toddler in the world - finicky and picky about food. The difference between my 3yr old and most others is that she doesn't just get cranky if she doesn't eat. If my 3yr old doesn't eat and her blood sugar bottoms out, she loses consciousness and gets admitted to the ER and has to have an IV put in. I completely understand being out of a popular menu item IF that were the case; however, since there wasn't an issue getting the 10pc nugget meal we ordered, this clearly isn't the case. Couple that with the fact that, as an experiment just to see what would happen, we decided to order a nugget happy meal the VERY NEXT DAY from the SAME LOCATION...and, whaddya know, suddenly happy meals are served with nuggets once again. For the record, it took over an hour of effort and a near blackout to convince this kid to eat because she didn't want to share mine, she only wanted HER nuggets- and her apple slices, which she didn't get, same with the toy....what a "happy"...

Ordered a big breakfast for DoorDash with a large macchiato and they sent me a big breakfast with no hot cakes which is what my wife wanted to begin with and then she left without even acknowledging the fact that there was a problem so here's a picture of the receipt and I will be in contact with whom I need to be contacted with cuz this is not the first time and I'm going to be documenting every time this happens now and if they don't make it right I'm going to start dropping their ratings every time and I ask that my followers do the same thing they mess up your order put it on there Make them responsible It's not a hard job I'm really you read a screen and then make a war I did it for 6 years delivering pizzas I even had a pizza at somebody house and 8 minutes from the time they ordered at one time perfect and they can't get a order right but at least they could have come up and not acknowledged the fact that they made a mistake or talk to me or something not just drive off and not say anything That's messed up and that is poor customer service I will not stand for that McDonald's you are going to be victim number one I'll post pictures of all my food from here That way I will have documentation of what I get had a similar situation with Taco Bell I see if you're going to do your job do it right I deliver for 6 years then I switched to driving 18 wheelers you know what would happen if I delivered the wrong order in a 18-wheeler they would reject my load but it's the fact that they didn't even talk to me after all that was said and done she just got in a car and left That's...
