ok, I admit it! I'm biased. I really love Moe's. There is definitely a burrito craze happening, and it involves stores like Moe's, Izzo's, and Chipotle, so for comparison's sake, I will compare it to those competitors. Its about the same price as Chipotle, and you actually will get a slightly smaller burrito at Moe's; however, with that being said, its still a huge meal. At Moe's there are more options for free add-ins for your burritos, such as grilled onions, grilled green peppers, grilled mushrooms, olives, cucumbers, etc; I love this for the variety, BUT the individual ingredients (especially the meats) just don't taste as delicious as chipotle. However, I think the added variety of add-ons makes up for this (and it probably also means the meats are less salty, which I also like). Also, Moe's has really really good queso; if you are feeling like living on the wild side, get their nacho's, they come with meat and all the same toppings, and are drenched in queso.
Also, I should mention, every burrito (possibly every meal?) comes with unlimited free tortilla chips, and they have a great salsa bar (the kaiser salsa is the best, try the others if you are adventurous).

Read moreWhen we got there the dining room seemed to be closed so we asked if it was open because we were wanting to sit down somewhere after working out to be able to enjoy our food and talk. They said they had it closed off but it would be fine to sit there. The people who came behind us also asked to dine in and were told yes. Then AFTER we already PAID FOR our food (with drinks) the same girl said sorry the manager said you guys can't dine in, you have to take your food to go...?? Seriously? She could tell we were obviously upset and said sorry hope you have a great day. I am beyond annoyed because first of all if they told us no from the beginning then we would have went somewhere where we COULD sit down but they waited to change the story until after we paid. Second of all, the reason we couldn't sit down was they already "cleaned" the dining room and didn't want to re-clean it. How lazy is that? If it was 15 minutes before they closed I would understand but we walked in at 6:45pm and they said they closed at 8pm. So why would they close the dining room when it's dinner time and you have several customers wanting to eat inside? After the two gentlemen walked in behind us another couple of people came in who also wanted to eat. This is not good customer service or how you should be treating...
Read moreI visited last Saturday as a quick stop before heading home to Texas. The service was excellent and positive energy from staff. In my haste, I left my wallet! Thankfully it was found, however, I was 4 hours into an 8hr trip before I realized it was missing. My only hope was to see if they could mail my wallet. I called and the staff were so kind, they confirmed it was found and offered to hold it in the back so it’s safe. They reached out to William, the owner, who willingly agreed for me to have his number (he totally could have taken my number and had me wait for his call). He responded the next business day and confirmed he’d send, he even provided the tracking the following day!
I received my wallet in the mail today, ALL my money and cards were still in tact! My wallet was at this establishment for 3-4 days with rotating staff members…talk about integrity and character! I’m impressed.
