Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Louisiana

Moe's would normally get 5 stars from me, as my husband and I enjoy when we eat at Moe's. The food is usually fresh and the service is good. However, on today, it was horrible with the new people there!! Upon ordering our food, almost no food/toppings were available to select for my Wrong Doug and my husband's Veggie Bowl. When my husband brought to the workers' attention that almost everything was empty, the teenager said something about a truck not coming in. When I proceeded with my order, I was hesitant because nothing was available. The worker was rushing me to decide when there wasn't anything to choose from. Like, what's the rush? Especially since we were the only ones there ordering. Once I inquired about certain foods/toppings, they were like "We have that. It's in the back." But no one left to go get it. I told her I was confused because she said everything was empty because of a truck not coming in, yet, when I ask for things, you're telling me it's in the back. How do I know what's available? It's as if they were just letting everything be empty. I don't understand if it was just laziness, ignorance, ...I don't know. Then, they had the nerve to get an attitude with us because we were confused! And to top it off, the food was not good like it used to be. Our Queso was was stiff and powdery. Just a...

Was greeted and served like we were a bother to be there an hour before they closed. There was a giant pool of water in the walkway where you order. The soda machine was down and they were out of tea which they stopped selling instead of brewing more. When asked what they did have to drink they didn’t know. At this point between the rudeness and the lack of care we got our food to go so we could pick up something to drink on the way home. Upon eating our food the rice was stale and hard. I paid 25 dollars for a terrible experience and next time I’ll go to Taco Bell because it’s a higher quality. ...

i didn't get the food i ordered and was charged a gratuity,we sent our porter to get the food (we wrote our order down and the porter handed the note to the server,i wanted 3 soft tacos with: ground beef,pico, grilled onions and peppers,black olives,shredded cheese, lettuce and Moe's sauce on the side,i called back and asked to speak to a manager and was told they were going to call me back-never happened,the porter said he even told the server no tip and she said that none would be charged-obviously she lied,this is horrible and i don't...
