Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Louisiana

I use to work at the old Pizza Hut as a cook. I placed an order of a pepperoni lovers for $10 @1:07 pm. Someone by the name of Roxanne took my order over the phone. Well the pizza finally got to me and it wasn't made like a pepperoni lovers is suppose to be. So I called back and Roxanne answered the phone nd I said that the pizza wasn't made right, she said I made nd I told her it wasn't made right. It didn't have two layers of pepperoni's on it. She say yes it do, it has a thin layer of pepperoni's on the bottom. I say there isn't any on the bottom. The pizza was so thin you could tell that there wasn't any on the bottom layer. So I told her they need to come get it, so Roxanne said that the driver would come back to get it but never said how this problem would be taken care of. It is 2:22pm Nd no one has came to get the pizza yet. So I'm calling back now (2:i25)p management answered the phone said that driver had to take another pizza somewhere nd is own the way with another pizza nd to pick up the wrong one. I know how they are with there toppings nd it not right that you don't get what you pay for when it comes to pizza's. God don't like UGLY. Karma is real!!!!!! BBB needs to check them out. Second pizza gets here at 2:41pm. That's why I don't go there but NEVER AGAIN....

First off when we arrived we noticed that it wasn’t that clean but since we are from out of town and had took a Uber there we stayed. So I asked for a towel to clean off the table where we were going to eat. The young lady looked puzzled and went told I guess the manager that I had asked for a towel. She came back seconds later saying that they didn’t have any towels. So wetted a napkins to wipe down the table.

So on to the food. We ordered a Alfredo chicken bacon pizza and wings. Well when we got our pizza it had marinara on it instead. The manager I’m guessing said he’ll fix it but I never return food for a redo and just asked for a refund. This is by far my worst experience with any Pizza Hut in my life and I won’t definitely return nor will I recommend this particular Pizza Hut. Frankly I would recommend that it either be closed down or fire management on down and start all over again with new management...

I actually stay away from chain restaurants as much as I can Especially living in New Orleans of all places that have delisious food at the ready. Well sometimes I'm lazy and I'll take subpar if it's delivered to me, but at least show up! THese M F'ers actually charged me and didn't even come! So, like I said before, I'd have totally loved some local GOOD pizza but willing to settle for convenience. I was actually excited to see Pizza Hut had moved into the neighborhood because I thought they were at least better than Dominos (my only food delivery I'm aware of) b/c I dig their spray butter crusts.. However I learned my $25 lesson. Go with Dominos and at least you'll get your crappy pizza and not go to...
