Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Louisiana

I’m 6 months pregnant on bed rest my grandmother picked me and my husbands order up the lady who answered the phone hung up 2 times the third time I called she even said oh no I I accidentally pressed the wrong thing basically admitting she messed up the order no big deal I’m sure she fixed it wrong I put my husbands order in the microwave till he gets off work and he gets home opens it and it’s bone in wings so he calls the store and the manager who sounds likes he’s smoked one too many blunts proceeds to tell him he should have called sooner well I would have had I checked my husbands order even if I did Check the order I am on bed rest and wouldn’t be able to go back up there today anyway the manager kept interrupting me and had an attitude i even saved the wings because it’s not the fact that I’m wanting free food I wanted what I ordered shitty ass attitudes shitty ass service I’veworked in customer service and restaurant industry since I was 16 and your supposed to make it right especially if your workers mess the order up will NEVER order here again. Michael should be fired or at least not a manager if you can’t talk to people spent my husbands hard earned money even asked my husband had he been drinking like excuse me he just worked all day at the plants...

Awful awful service. Placed an online order @3:53 p.m Online tracker said estimated time was 25-35 min. Had my door open waiting for delivery. Never recieved a call nor saw anyone pull in my driveway. 45 min later & the Online tracker said my order was still being made. Waited for a full hour later before I finally called to see why it was taking so long. Spoke to one guy, told him I was checking the status of a pizza I ordered an hour ago. He then put me on hold. A female answered a while later & I told her the same thing. She said my order had an incorrect cell number & that the order was canceled. I asked her why it was canceled & she advised me that they tried delivering the pizza but a man answered the door & told them "he didn't order a pizza & to leave him alone." Keep in mind, online pizza tracker was still saying my order was being made. Again, sitting with my door open for over an hour now & never once saw anyone pull up. Will. Never. Ever order...

At 6:30 pm I ordered 3 pizzas online for a total of $62 and some cents. It was to be delivered by 7:22 pm. I called at 7:30 pm and no one ever answered the phone. At 7:37pm I called again and I spoke to a woman that said that they were very busy and it the pizza was on its way. At 7:50 pm I called back and spoke to a man that said my order was messed up and then he put me on hold again for 7 minutes. So at 7:58 pm I kept calling back and the lady answered again and began hollering at me and said for me to stop calling back to back. I could not believe she was speaking to me that way and I told her I was in my way to Pizza Hut. At 8:15 pm my pizza was finally delivered. I had out of town company here at the house that received the pizza. This is NOT the first time that this business has been very disrespectful to me. I will never order pizza from the place. You do not speak to anyone the way this girl...
