Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisiana

This place is awful. Waited up front for 10 minutes before our order was taken. Guy comes up, after just taking out the trash and wants to take our order..... my son said he wanted 3 tacos with a baja frozen drink. The guy walks away, comes back and says we only have strawberry. My son said ok. I'll have that. The guy LEAVES. me and my sons are looking around like ummm.. dude comes back with the slushie in a paper cup. And says what else ... so I give him the rest of our order and then tell him "I saw you take out the trash and not wash your hands. Could you please wash your hands and then remake the slushie" dude walks 3 steps, turns around I sh6 you not says "well do you want anything else"??!! Real snarky like..... NOT TODAY BOOBOO. You not finning to get smart with me when I just asked you to wash your hands!! He storms off *washes hands then tells someone else to take my order because I'm rude. Lmao! I'm rude because I asked you to wash your hands. The ONLY reason you got one star is because the manager herself fixed our order (cause I was standing there watching) I ain't dumb. And she apologized for this dudes behavior. I even apologized to her for showing my tail. She said she'd handle it and I hope she fired the...

I give this place no stars if it would let me! Worst service ever! How Is this place still open with all these bad reviews?? They were out of large and medium cups only had small cups! I repeated my order to her twice when she said it wrong both times then she said it right I said yes got to the window it was wrong! I said I told you twice what I wanted she rolled her eyes walked away came back and said she done made that for you! I said well that’s not what I ordered! So being nice I said ok just add what I actually wanted to my order and I’ll still pay for something I didn’t order! She said you have to go back through the drive through to order! I was the only car in line I said are you serious she said yes mam so I drove through and she was like how can I help I told her what I wanted she said is that all I said yes it is and drove back to the window and got my food! It was horrible the soft shells were hard they had nothing but meat and cheese on all the soft shell tacos we ordered and didn’t even put stuff on the burritos i ordered! It was the worst! We ended up going next door to sonic! Wasted 25$...

Seems to be slipping the last few times I have went through. Asked if Nacho Fries were fresh and was assured they were. Stated I didn’t mind waiting on fresh if they were not and was assured they were just brought up. Got the fries and they were hard as bricks. Not the first time for this to happen before coming here to review. Noticed I had 6 tacos instead of 3 as ordered. The staff seemed annoyed to review my receipt (which wasn’t offered). After I had them reprint it they said, “yeah see? You ordered 3 soft tacos and a soft taco combo!”

I had to explain 4 times that I didn’t want or order a combo or 6 tacos and that I only wanted 3 tacos…and nothing else because my kids like and choose water and don’t drink the sodas.

Instead of listening, they just handed me $7 and some change and closed the window.

Sadly this is my favorite Taco Bell and overall favorite crew at this location though I didn’t see their faces today. Maybe they were training a new crew or just having a couple of off weeks but this isn’t the level of service we normally get at...
