Waffle House — Restaurant in Louisiana

People aren't perfect. Mistakes are made. Reading some of these reviews, some of you are really reaching to say something bad about this place. While I admit it's not 5 star service at all times like some expect, it's still good food. If you don't like the way they are doing something, make it at home and review yourself.

Food is always great. Employees are always friendly. I always leave a good tip for anyone serving me a to go order or at the table. Service is NOT always the same, but I continue coming back because I know everyone/every place has good and bad days. Have I had multiple questionable experiences at this location? Yes. My father and I went there for breakfast, let me tell you, The Manager came to our table to check on us after we got our coffees and asked how everything was and I was so pleased once our food got to us, that I actually ate All my food, so did my father!! I told the Manager how awful the Baton Rouge location was and he was appalled even! I had such bad experiences with that location that I was afraid to go here in Moss Bluff, LA. But my father insisted, he said the food and service was phenomenal so I drive us here. I was very pleased, and will surely visit there once again for that wonderful breakfast and great tasting coffee and Orange juice!! I wish the service matched the taste of the food When I walked in I felt like I was back in the 60’s not wanted I was only asked if I was eating in or to go And what was my order My good came quick and taste yummy I never received a refill which I didn’t ask for but I placed my empty cup to see if I would be offered a refill The staff complained and made sighs when they walked past me but I didn’t pay it any attention I ate my food and paid my ticket never was asked how my good was but I was told to have a blessed day I was definitely not wanted (my perception) don’t plan on returning to that location in Moss Bluff...
