Quick Wok Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Louisiana

We use to eat here often but since this covid we slowed down a bit. In the last month have gone twice and both times have been disappointing. Yesterday evening we went around 7. Place was packed, staff were flustered which is understandable in a rushed atmosphere. Zero organization, orders to the wrong people ( go orders)or tables’ some tables’ such as ourselves placed drink orders and were forgotten about. About 45 mins after we got drinks we placed our order. Food came out about 25 mins later. I had garlic chicken and fried rice and it was awful. Chicken was ok had decent flavor but veggies were mush, rice was extremely fishy and I’m ok with a little game flavor but this was too much. Egg rolls had a musty flavor like freezer burnt, and whatever we got that was fried tasted of old and stale grease. Last time was a disappointment as well cold food, greasy, and just underwhelming. I thought hey maybe an off night everyone has them. But twice in a row I think not. The owners are always friendly but I noticed not enough staff and no one seems to stay there. Today I am sad to say is the worst tasting soup I have had I am a big fan of this place.! What angered me the most Owner is on defense same soup same recipe .....it’s not even the same color—-I eat there at least once a week! JUST DONT LIE!! TO YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE SUPPORTED YOU DURING THE PAST FEW MONTHS!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE DENIAL TODAY—-wasn’t looking for anything but SORRYjust giving a heads up about there soup today—owner in denial and on the defense!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! This was my first time eating here and let’s just say I will never in my life again!!! When the plate came out I was already worried cause the chicken was flat, never have I had flat Chinese chicken & had absolutely no flavor, rice was really bland and looked like they had been scrambled to long & I didn’t even try the egg roll. The waitress was working by herself and had about 7/8 tables and there was this one guy just standing at the counter watching her struggle.
