Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Louisiana

It's a canes, so I can't really make the rating lower than a 3, but man when you travel to new orleans and finally get to be able to try canes when it's never been near you it's pretty disappointing to get every single item in a $60 dollar order undercooked and lacking literally any salt or seasoning. It makes it even worse when you literally only have 5 items on the menu. The toast I got wasn't toasted, the fries were soggy and lacked any salt, and the chicken was just slightly undercooked and had no extra flavor besides chicken and breading. Plus, I had requested my fries to be EXTRA CRISPY, the restaurant wasn't busy, and I had given them an hour notice on the mobile app before I was arriving, AND I picked it up the second that they were bringing it out for food. I am very sorry for the length of this, but the list could go on and on for how difficult it is to mess up making the same food you make all day every day.

Jordan Johnson waited on my family. We had 3 different orders totaling about $130.00. He was very attentive to us as we ordered our items and had some complicated family members wanting specific different types of combinations. He helped other colleagues understand how to complete these orders as well. He was so involved, I thought he was the Manager. He said he was not and he just liked to stay involved and keep things moving in a positive way. Kudos to this young man. I see management in his future. Please recognize him for going above and beyond... even checking on us at our tables when the line was empty. He walked around and helped clean tables, bring napkins, etc. What a charming young...

Good chicken fingers which are better than the nuggets available at other fast food restaurants. I really like the crinkle cut fries but if you get your order to go and keep the lid closed on your meal too long the fries will turn soggy instead of crispy. I really enjoy the texas toast and choose to replace the coleslaw in the caneiac combo with another piece of texas toast which they will do if you just ask. They also have the good ketchup packs for to go orders that you can either dip into or squeeze out of the packet. They are well known for the lemonade...
