I have to say I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with the terrible service from this particular location, My family and I always eat here for the fact it's right up the street. In the past we have had positive experiences along with good food, but here lately has been horrible; about a week ago I had sent my husband to get me some raising canes I was very hungry and was ready to chow down, when I took a chunk out the chicken the taste and texture caught me of guard all to discover it was undercooked and stale, I was very shocked and upset, because I thought raising canes took pride in serving their customers good fresh hot food! Ive called to complain and no one would answer the phone, the second incident the was almost the same accept the chicken was very warm, it tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp for some hours, I simply sent my husband back to recieve fresh chicken, I just knew everything was done right, the chicken was hot but this time it tasted dry and over cooked, it tasted like they took old chicken that was sitting underneath the heat lamp and re-dropped it back into the grease as if I was not going to notice, they must think people are idiots! Once again I was not able to enjoy my food, I was too upset and discouraged to take it back, tjanks to this location I will have to go out of my way to another location! I will never ever again deal with this raising canes location until they tighten up, I do not recommend this location it's horrible, ghetto and the food will potentially...
Read moreSo, I ordered my usual 3 strips cane sauce and toast. I don't eat fries or coleslaw. Didn't need a drink. The young man rang it up wrong twice. When I told him it was the wrong price he proceeded to tell me about rising prices. I told him he's ringing it up wrong. For the 3rd time, I spoke louder due to my mask. Maybe he's not hearing me correctly. I repeated the order. To my surprise, in front of everyone he says, "lower your tone!" I'm like WHAT? I didn't deserve that. If there are any words that escalate any situation, telling a person who is not even upset something so disrespectful to an adult, is extremely angering. How about you ring up the order correctly and I don't need to speak up louder a third time. I had a mask on. I'm not yelling. Wow! I'm not coming back anytime soon. I'm left extremely upset by my interaction and spoke to a manager who said they will address it. Hopefully he did. If he didn't, you can't miss this post. I get they are young and it's a entry job but he needs to learn from this the correct way to speak to a customer. Especially a customer who never said anything wrong to him. It was so unnecessary. My strips were not that great either. They were edible but not delicious like they usually are which added...
Read moreThis was by far the worst canes experience I have ever had. First of all the girl in the drivethru that wears glasses needs to be fired because she seemed very uneducated when taking my order. There was a HAIR in my food so I called for a remake and spoke with a very nasty and rude manager (female).. I asked her nicely if someone can grab the food from the car (because I have my sick baby with me) and bring me the remake I mean it is the very LEAST you can do for me since you are the one that messed up my food. The manager told me no even after explaining to her my situation. So had to get back into a VERY long line and get the remake and even still the Hispanic girl with the glasses in the drive thru was very rude and told me she didn’t want to see the hair that was put in my food and said I need to just keep it. As someone that has worked at canes before I was really disappointed in this particular store. The Laplace canes that I worked at would have NEVER delivered that kind of service period. The female manager I spoke with on the phone and most DEFINITELY the Hispanic girl with the glasses need to...
