Rally's — Restaurant in Louisiana

Well to start off, it was the best fast food experience I've had in a long time. From the first interaction the lady order taker said thank you for choosing rallys. It caught me off guard. Because you only hear that at canes or Chick-fil-A. Which put me in a happy mood from the start. Then she asked me if I wanted to try the big buford combo. Even though I already knew what I wanted, I almost chose that bc she was so nice. I ordered and then pulled up. I paid and got my drink. I'm so happy yall have cherry coke. Not many places do. Then they handed me my food. The lady called out my order to double check it before. That was awesome! Unlike McDonald's where u hope u don't have to go in or back through the drive through to get ur order right. First I tried the fries, omg yes they were fresh fried and so crispy and amazing! Then my sandwiches the dbl rally chz burger and dbl spicy chicken. First of all the burger was on point! Fresh bun, fresh crisp veggies, freshly cooked patties. Omg it was go good!!!!! I was excited for life, every bite! That chicken sandwich was so good, the patties had that kick u want, plus the real chicken in it was also amazing! My family and I came in to order our meal. At the time we placed our order, it wasn't busy. It did look like only two people were working. I understand that the food would take a lil longer but we waited for a while for our food to get done. We were asked to park in the parking lot for our food to be brought out. All that was order was chicken nuggets with fries, a tender with fries , and a number one with fries all with Dr pepper (Mr pib) to drink. We asked for a milk shake but was told the machine was down. So we said ok and moved on. We payed waited another 15-20 min to get the food. We get home and as we begin to attempt to eat the food, the fries tasted so old that we had to throw them away . The burger was still raw in the middle I had thrown up and lost all appetite. This was by far the worst experience...

2023 update: fries and tea are only item here that are worth paying for and both items are priced accordingly. Overall I recommend going elsewhere. Burgers tasted bland, chicken tenders tasted off. It is of my opinion that this place is a French fry place that sells other things.

2019 Review:Excluded a third of the order. I had digs in the car and could go over everything, I asked them if they verified everything at the window before I drove off. The lady confirmed that they did, this was not true, and cost some to have to find something else for dinner, as well as the store potentially losing customers.
