Sam's Southern Eatery — Restaurant in Louisiana

Well the food is good, and up to exceptional standards, the treating of his employees is extremely subpar at best. And even though the food is decent, that does not excuse bad business practices. He is extremely rude to his employees, even blowing them off and not paying them on time. The reason he has such a high turnover rate is because of the horrendous working conditions he puts the front waitresses through. The three most recent employees hired before a week and a half ago had quit after only working two weeks each due to the poor treatment of Sam. This man guilt trips and lies to his employees, stating that it's too much work to even get half of the supplies and that he is struggling to feed his family despite having three locations, and opening up a new one. On top of that, that's not even to mention how he treats the workers in the back, or the quality of their food. Just the other day, one of the cooks was seen scratching his lower region and then handling the food, without gloves. My honest opinion, same as lucky the health department hasn't gotten involved yet. The employees even a treated so badly that they get yelled at for going use the bathroom. This is not just a review on the quality of his food, or the quality of the establishment but rather a review on the company as a whole so far. Do NOT recommend! First when I called my order in, the cashier seemed upset that I even called! Very unpleasant speaking voice. Sounds like she smokes 100 cigarettes a day! Her response was wellll can you hold on the! Ok cool!!! I order a a single cheeseburger combo with everything but pickles! The rude cashier repeated my order back and when I get my food it’s a double and has no lettuce or pickles. Called them and immediately the cashier put the manager on when I told her something was wrong with my order!
