I went to this location Sunday March 24, 2024 @ 7:43 pm. I was unaware they closed at 8 pm. There were 4 cars ahead of us and atleast 2 behind us. The line moved swiftly. When I tried to order the go go goji crunch acai bowl I was told they don't make bowls after a certain time, would I like something else, it's literally the only thing I ever order. So it took me a moment to decide on something else. My son placed his order which was a Hulk coffee, I then ordered a Pure Recharge Mango Strawberry. We received our orders and pulled off. Both drinks, are completely horrible as if many ingredients were missing. My son's drink had chunks in it, he chose not to drive back and address the order due to time constraints. He had a customer he was meeting up with. That was $20 for something that absolutely was unconsumable. My drink was literally not even the same color of the picture on the menu. Plus not serving a menu item after a certain time is understandable, but put it on the menu with the cut off time. We could've exited the line had we known and not wasted our time. Read moreI went to this location twice in a row, Tuesday, Nov 2nd and on Wednesday Nov 3rd. On Tuesday, the woman taking orders was very rude. I told her I had a coupon and she caught an attitude and said, “ Well did you activate it, you need to do that” and looking at me with an attitude! I had already activated the coupon but she didn’t know how to add the sample new flavor in the system. Yet, she had an attitude with me. The next day, I asked for a protein banana add strawberries. The young lady started laughing. I asked why she was laughing. She said banana doesn’t come with strawberries. Now if that’s the case wouldn’t you clarify instead of laughing. I told her I wanted to add strawberries. She said, I didn’t hear you say add. Wouldn’t a simple question fix this? Why laugh and make my drink wrong? I had two different women both with attitudes. Please train them on customer service skills and dealing with the public. The smoothies were good which is why I rated this location two stars. Do better with your staff! I rather go out my way then to come back here and deal with attitudes...

Now that I’m reading the reviews I can see this horrible, rude service is something that occurs frequently. As if it wasn’t already bad enough that I was willing to consume this thing called a “smoothie” (probably added years to my life by not getting one) The team member on shift was extremely rude in the drive thru! Your culture sucks, people don’t want to work at this place or for whoever is managing the place. They need training on how to respect employees and customers! I get that it’s an entry level job but the right training could lead an ambitious employee down a path to maybe own a franchise or be something one day.
