Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Louisiana

Stall #23 is evidently broken or something, because today was my 2nd day going to that stall and did not get waited on. Once we move to stall #12 we were promptly waited on and our order of a couple drinks were delivered. Happy Hour is why I visit Sonic, and I haven't had a reason to complain. Staff is truly friendly on speaker and in person, all smiles over here😉. After such a wonderful previous visit I decided to come back, on 05/08/2019 I came around 2:45p.m ordered the number 5 with grilled chicken. My carhop (Feleisha)I tipped, but it wasn’t until she brought hotter fries out that I noticed HOW FILTHY HER CLOTHES WERE!!!! Disgusted by this I stayed in my stall #3 writing this review, I look inside the building and one of the people that prepares the food is scratching his arm with his gloves on!!!! Then a heavy set guy comes outside and his shirt, as well as my carhops clothes were not dirty from working with just food!!!!!!!! Their clothes looked liked they changed oil before they clocked in!!! I don’t know why I’m SHOCKED by people’s actions that work with food. You WOULD THINK, being clean would be a NO BRAINER! 2nd and last visit! I won’t return for happy-hour that treat my kids to. Word of advice to MYSELF: 1) buy and cook my own food 2) make my own slushees 3) CONTINUE TEACHING MY BOYS THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING CLEAN!!!! Especially when handling...

What happened to this place? I used to go here not often, but more than once in a while. The food has been mostly good, depending on who is in the kitchen. Some of the newer guys they seem to have hired over the past few months could not give half a damn about your food, as evidenced by a chicken sandwich I ordered once that came to me as two pieces of bread with a chicken patty thrown between them with some ketchup and cheese. Not exaggerating. Still, I went back and had better experiences. This last one, though, was the last straw. My girlfriend and I have both agreed never to go back. All she wanted was a shake and some onion rings. We pressed the order button and waited. And waited. And waited. No response. Thinking it was one of the broken ones (there are several of those, not all of them marked), I suggested we try another one. We did. Same situation. We tried two more, and waited more, and still got no response. And I know one of them worked because a car had just left it WITH their order. What killed it was that after all that time and button pushing, they actually responded to a car that pulled up long after we'd already been there in a space next to us. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Ordered online bc we’re on a roadtrip and needed a quick bite to eat. When we got there, they came out and said they didn’t have lemonade. (Which was not noted on their app) We waited 15 minutes for our food which came out with several missing items. An entire order was missing and several sauce packets. We pushed the button to let them know items were missing. We waited 5 minutes and no response. We had to walk up to the window and knock on the door to get someone’s attention. When we listed the missing items, they said “oh we don’t have that.” Which once again, was not noted on their app. They then tried to give some response about how they were out of items and were waiting on a shipment tomorrow. Which was not needed in the moment. They did not offer to replace anything with something that WAS available until we said we needed food now.
