Consistent with all the Sonic drive-ins Iāve been to recently. I tend to like their fries better than other fast-food joints. Their fries donāt leave me with a weird aftertaste that most others, especially McDonaldās, does. Just wish they had more choices of beverages š¤·š»āāļøš
Updated Nov 21, 2024 Yesterday was 3rd time in as many weeks that I left without even getting to place my order. Seriously! I activated the red button within 20-30 seconds of pulling in & it lit up & almost immediately a female voice says āWelcome to Sonic. Can you hold please?ā Before I could answer, sheād cut the mic off. I looked at the time & pressed the still lit red light again 4 minutes later. After another 60 seconds, I backed out & left. Nothing was Sonic about this one or the 2 before it this month.
Aug 23, 2025-My Last Entry from this Sonic. Tonight, there were only 2 other cars, both in stalls, when we arrived. We ordered 2 medium shakes & a large soft drink in the drive-thru. Ordered chili cheese tots and a Reeseās Sonic Blast, unfortunately once I received the small $4.00 Sonic Blast, there was a tiny bit of Reeseās sprinkled on the top, when I started mixing it around I noticed barely anything, all ice cream. I decided to walk up to their little lobby area, since the girl on the speaker was acting like she couldnāt hear my request. I walked in, and explained to one of the employees my concern and asked if she could add more candy to the Blasts, as we ordered two, she replied āWell, there looks like the right amount of candy in each oneā, ā I can add more but it will cost extra.ā WOW seriously? I said no thanks and walked out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Iāve been in management and you could clearly see there was barely anything in there. The correct response shouldāve been, ā Our apologies, let me go ahead and add more and have a great dayā. At the end of the day I spent four dollars on basically a cup of vanilla ice cream when there is literally a Dairy Queen less than a half a mile from them. Wonāt be going there...

When that didn't happen i contacted cusomer service and they told me that they could not give me a refund, that all they could offer was a coupon or a free hamburger reward with purchase of another item. I have contacted them through email and phone, and was told the same thing multiple times. This is unacceptable to not refund me for product i did not receive. All i want is a simple refund for the product i did not receive. I will not eat at this place again because of the way i have been treated so a coupons are of no use for me.
