I’ve been going to this snowball stand for a total of 7 years. Never in my 7 years of going here have I experienced service this terrible. I tried to refrain from writing you guys a bad review, but after today I am livid. To begin, about month ago when you guys just opened back up. A girl with black hair with 444 tatted on her arm rolled her eyes at me, and sighed because I simply asked her to see the size of you guys cup. And it didn’t stop there every single time I’ve came since then she’s had a disgusting attitude while taking my order like she doesn’t want to be there. I’ve had way too many issues that would take up too much time to list. Today on 04/9/25 I ordered a snow ball that came with literally no juice, and ice. I simply asked could they give me more juice and they said no then laughed. They preceded to blame it on the ice being soft. I leave a good tip every single time and simply couldn’t get more juice. I honestly will not be coming back simply because the customer service is terrible. I would leave 0 stars if I could. -military location

dont expect managenent to help you with your horrible service and impossibly long wait times im talking 20 minutes for a 4 cup order! No napkins like melted icecream all over my seats ! Dumb not worth the wait there are better snoball stands where ever you are it would take less time to wait for winter and catch snow in a cup and tap a tree for syrup! 5 customers were served while i watched my overpriced banana split melt in my lap. The banana split i had was absolutely delicious 😋 but it had a bit much ice cream and not enough banana as the entire bottom third was pure vanilla icecream and not mixed with the banana or chocolate syrup which wasnt too pleasant but they did have a ton of whipcream and sprinkles on the top which was really nice and the whole experience was pretty good but they didn't really have any parking which...
