Usually this location is decently packed so service does take a minute, however today they were as busy as usual. There was nobody running the counter so an employee in a rush to leave (she obviously had clocked out) tried to take orders. In her rush, she messed up my order and the person in front and behind me. I asked to use my star reward but she charged me instead. I ordered a pastry and she told me to make sure and remind them because she was leaving. My drink was overlooked and the barista had to be reminded. Once my drink came it was hot and not iced and also didn’t have the additional shots I paid for in it. I asked for my pastry, and the barista told me I have to go to the end of the counter by the mobile orders. I asked an employee in that area for the pastry. She said she didn’t see anything with my name on it. So I got aggravated and told her I’d been in there for 15 minutes waiting and wanted my pastry. The team working is a huge fail today. A line of people were left looking angry with slow, forgetful, poor service filling the store. For $10 I would like to at least get the type of coffee I asked for. I accepted the incorrect drink and literally almost walked out without my pastry. I spend too much money at Starbucks to have such consistent mess ups in this store. I might as well start going to Puccinos down the road. The staff is getting more rude by the day. Get better people. Your product is too expensive to not give...

Once in a while, anyone can make a mistake…but now it’s once in a while you might get what you order. The three things I order are a grande cappuccino, a grande green tea Frappuccino,or a grande peppermint mocha Frappuccino. When they hand me my cappuccino 9x out of 10 it’s a very heavy cup filled with milk,the green tea Frappuccino comes in a variety of green colors sometimes frozen so You can’t even take a sip,sometimes no ice at all, and the peppermint mocha Frappuccino sometimes comes out with surprise cookie crumbs ,chocolate syrup up the sides,and chocolate syrup on the whipped cream.Now, if it was cheap c’est la vie…But I spend Easily $1000 yearly at Starbucks…that’s my fault….I would like to say,I have never ,ever seen a Starbucks employee slacking…So, it seems like the problem is central office…not enough staff, …anyway…thank you...

On the first occasion I politely told her it's not what I ordered and asked for her to fix it , she was rude and argued with me. I did not complain I just wanted what I ordered. I left thinking...poor management here. Today I I went thru drivethru around 9:20 am and they appeared to be polite and friendly, however when I got to the window and my order was wrong that wasn't the case. The female barista was friendly,( in a phony way )but at least she smiled, the male ( who had taken my order) argued that that's what I ordered and carried on at the window with the female about it. Again I was polite and explained that I would take the frapp but I had dental issue and it would cause pain, so could they please correct it . They were rude and my latte was sicky sweet.
