Decided to give this location another shot. BIG MISTAKE.
Ordered online and arrived 20min later after app said it was ready. Was told at window they no longer make orders until people arrive, and was told this is their new corporate policy. What is the point of the app then?
The "manager" makes my 2 subs, then I leave and decide to check them in the car due to my previous visit (see below). They were both wrong. The American Club had roast beef on it (it doesn't come with that) and was missing the ham and turkey. The second sub was missing every oil/vinegar/etc adding.
I bring the subs back in and the manager explains that American Clubs have only roast beef OR bacon, which then I laughed and told her they don't have roast beef and if her logic were correct then why did mine have both of those?
I then showed her the sub missing ingredients and she said she didn't see them on receipt, so I offered to show her the app order and she then admitted she was in a rush and decided not to put them on, not that she didn't see them.
Amazing.
I recorded the whole thing and took pictures, again. This store is something that belongs in jokes.
Will never be giving it a third chance. There are 3 other subways in Laplace, AVOID.

Ordered a simple ham/turkey sandwich w/ mayo. Got a sub that had more marinara on it than the actual mayonnaise I ordered to be on it. Appears that wiping the knife between cutting subs in half was too much hassle, so it was all over where it was cut in half, then the wrapper, then the rest of the sub. Worst part is it soaked into the bread, so my toasted bread was a soggy mess of marinara.

The other night my husband went and once he ordered 3 sandwiches he was told the coupons weren't being accepted by the scanner. He paid $40 for three sandwiches! The coupons weren't expired. When we asked why they weren't being accepted the girl working there didn't have an answer. We called for a manager and were told the manager wasn't in. They would leave a message and call us the next day. It has been two days and we haven't received the common courtesy of a phone call. We have called twice and are always told the manager isn't in or they just left. They obviously don't care about their customers! Read moreI placed an order on WAITR for pickup at SUBWAY located at 357 BELLE TERRE BLVD. The order was marked accepted, prepared, and ready for pickup. I arrived at location at 6:45pm and was told order was cancelled. I show them my phone notification indicating order ready for pickup. After the window employee discussed situation with co-worker they decide to call owner (7:09pm at this time) who proceeded to tell me to go to the WALMART location. The reason I choose we this location was because of the drive thru, this will not happen. She tells me to "contact WAITR they have my money refunded". I told her I expected her to provide refund because they marked transaction as completed. She then tells me the store is closed at this time to come back tomorrow. I will not do this either.
