I’ve repeatedly received bad customer service from this Subway store on Hwy 59. We’ve placed multiple orders online, and not a single time the order was ready for pickup even after showing up 30 minutes late! Today the same thing happened.. only the customer service was worse than usual! They made us wait until all the other customers in line were serviced, and then the rude employees proceeded to tell us that they ran out of Italian bread (because they didn’t prepare our online order when it was placed an hour ago, and instead catered to the in-store customers first!) so we can either wait or leave! Read moreI ordered 2 tuna sandwiches, one for myself the other for my husband. I asked how much would it be to get diced chicken for my 11mo old. She told me $1.50. She then proceeded to tell me that it had to go on the sandwich. I said "oh, could you just keep it on the side, it's for my baby." She absolutely refused and said per the owners orders it has to go on a sandwich or a salad. I had to repeat myself 4 times as to what I wanted in the salad because they 'sandwich artist' was too busy messing with a co-workers phone.
