Iām seeing that Iām not the only one who has experienced terrible customer service at this location. I DoorDash and was alerted to go to Tacobell. When I pulled up I noticed there was no line in drive through and no one inside. At this point the time is 10:29 so I assumed the lobby would be closed. I have been to many locations doing what I do. There is a pick up window at the majority of locations in the area or the drive through can be accessed if the lobby is closed. I chose to go through the drive through. Upon arrival I told the automated system whom I was picking up an order for. The young lady came to the speaker and said I would have to come inside so Iām like okay. There is one car ahead of me and it takes about 3 mins to complete his transaction. So I go around and park then proceed to approach the counter. There is a young man preparing food and a young lady at the window. I was never acknowledged as I tried to get either of their attention. I asked is the order ready while holding my screen to show that it is a DoorDash and I received a notification that the order is ready. I got ignored. The employees switched positions so I asked the young man if they were working on the order and why are they continuing to skip over this persons order and clear the drive through, when I was here first and my time, money and everything else is just as important as anyone elseās. There was another employee sitting in the back of the store with a head set talking to the guy. He made eye contact with me and started laughing. So at this point Iām pissed. They deliberately are not prioritizing the persons order that I have been patiently waiting on. So at this point I see orders keep going out to drive through and I even said out loud that I only took this order because I did not want to lower my acceptance rate and I would literally be delivering 2 miles away. No one tried to help me. The young man actually put his finger up as the universal sign to āwait a minā or āgive him a momentā and wasnāt doing a damn thing but being messy and rude over the head set.Why tell delivery drivers to come in and not attempt to have the order prepared when they do come in. I stood there at least 11 mins. Long enough to ready every plaque and certificate on the wall. Mr. Barrow, manager, you have to do better. These youngsters you have working the night shift September 15th 2025 need to be fired. They mustāve thought I was a peer but I am very much old enough to be their mother. I was not rude and was very compliant and patient. Unfortunately I unassigned the order because it was never going to be made. Itās really sad and frustrating that they couldnāt work in the order of operations or at least give a time so I can relay to...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreDo not go to or order from this location! I've had multiple recent experiences where:
⢠Service is poor/non-existent ⢠Closes at random times, whenever they feel like it (noon on a Wednesday for at least 30 mins??) ⢠Food is often cold, does not taste good, and/or is poorly made ⢠Inside tends to be dirty ⢠"Workers" (in name only) mill about
My most recent and final experience: I went to pickup a mobile order for my wife around 5 pm on a Sunday and the car in front of me was at the drive-thru box for a while. They drove up (and off apparently) and I approached the box. Nothing. No greeting or anything. I waited a few moments and figured there was something wrong with it so I pulled up. I see a lady inside the dark interior and she says the box doesn't work, so I have to come inside (thanks for posting a sign on the box saying that...).
As I go inside I inform others about to go to the drive-thru that the box is not working and would have to come inside as well. We all go in -- three of us which eventually turned into 6 -- to get mobile orders. No one greets us. No one acknowledges us. Not a "we'll be right with you" or any explanation for the poor/slow service. It's quiet inside ā definitely not the sounds of an open fast food place doing business. We stand there waiting and waiting and waiting.
Finally a worker asks what I need as if I'm bothering him. I say I have a mobile order. They begin "making it" but is actually more milling around than anything while going as slowly as possible. It takes about 15 minutes for my "fast food" order to come up while no one else has been helped. I ask for Dr. Pepper and they tell me it's out. I grabbed my order and as I leave I wish the other 5 people remaining good luck. They all say 'thanks' with a depressed sigh. Who knows, they may still be waiting.
No one expects Taco Bell to be 5 stars or the employees to be enthusiastic, but this location doesn't even attempt to do the bare minimum. Avoid it. Go to better locations on Veterans at Bonnabel and Veterans...
