This spot is quiet, small, and even still relaxing. It's never crowded because is popular for its takeout. They're a nice group of people. The food is all fantastic. I'm consistent in getting the large combo Pho with brisket and tendon along with the traditional spring rolls (comes with peanut sauce! For those who have allergies). There's usually a football game on as well. But I go there for a quick bite and to fix my craving for Pho! The staff is polite with a smile and quick to answer questions and bring your order out. Service is ok, just ok, it is an express restaurant, you order the meal, then you go to pick up the utensils, napkins, sauce then they bring the ordered food to your table. The steak pho was ok with no Basil served, I had better from other restaurants. The Vietnamese coffee drink was no more than strong coffee with ice, paid 6 dollars for a glass of strong iced coffee. The other prices were reasonable compared to other restaurants. Please see the small bowl of Pho compared to other restaurants. I left hungry, maybe should have ordered two pho orders. I just found a hair in my drink. This is a sealed drink. I understand that things happen, so I tossed my drink and ate my sandwich. I found another hair in my sandwich. This was a public hair. If I read a review like this I would not believe it. I would think the person was just trying to hurt the business. But this is a place I have gone to many many times. I never write negative reviews. But this hair was clearly plucked with visible flesh where it was plucked from their body. I will be having this hair sent to the proper authorities. And I will never eat here again.
