Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

What has happened to Papa John's pizza. Ordered two pizza's to be picked up got it home and it was burnt. Took it back and got another one which also was burned. Very little sauce so it was dry as well. Great disappointment. Use to order from the one in Harahan but had a problem with that one too. Greasy! Could not eat it, so took it back. They made another one which was just as greasy as the first.. ...

This store in particular is always messing up small things. Apparently the manager doesn’t care too much about his job and doesn’t offer to fix his store’s tiny mistakes, like forgetting a $0.75 garlic sauce...? You could have easily satisfied this customer by offering to give me what I paid for. Officially switching to Domino’s just for the service.

Update: one year later, exact same problems....

These guys suck. Will discriminate against who they deliver to locally via location (under half a mile away on same road). Forget hotel delivery, and expect rude employee conduct on phone calls. Special thanks goes to Papa Johns employee Billy from the disabled combat veteran(OIF3) staying at the Aloha Motel!!! Their local competition however was most expedient, polite, and...
